How about at the hospital?

I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.+ y5 F: m2 m s9 ?; z1 m. L
: E' n2 r5 j* v1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.6 t A! V1 E- n; ~ B

When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.- a5 i" ~7 H( Q9 g$ l6 O! T4 ]

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
