1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.8 n. E7 a5 u4 ^& _. g
' A$ f5 ]1 d& K) g- mWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.- R8 P" F2 A) E
2 J6 ?" e _4 m7 nThe ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
