He don't need to be AAA, but still a pass in language and the minimum requirement to get into F.6 (14 points) seem reasonable to ask.5 v9 ]6 ^9 }) A D
and you need to write paper and communicate with others when doing research etc,- w5 [/ G, S8 o7 y* M
so I would say it is too fast for him to get into u.
