3) Yes, he should be exceptional case, but there is a boundary/limit to which he should be admitted.. X# Q6 s w' t7 n
He don't need to be AAA, but still a pass in language and the minimum requirement to get into F.6 (14 points) seem reasonable to ask.7 T# \- E. l. T; w% P' ^! x4 H% P
and you need to write paper and communicate with others when doing research etc,6 x/ R, r( L' E" ^- {1 e
so I would say it is too fast for him to get into u. & W* \$ ^/ g; V
If you get pass in language and 14 points, then I would say yes,

Now, it just seem to me like an inflated ego (who don't even go to oral) and a university doing SHOW business, which would probably ruin a talent at the end. |
