there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 ]. s; p( C! \! i0 w/ |

it's divided into 2 sections,6 ~# Y+ W$ h$ T2 r& z, s6 O; Q
1 is impromptu talk
9 S+ d" Q$ l. f1 Yanother is group discusion" K: L( D7 i$ C' l

all conducted in english# v3 N. Y( t/ p. p
1 S, a/ a; j3 b- Q2 Aimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."; ?! ~ Z( X% |; J1 ?/ \! _( m9 r6 @
3 `9 a O ~7 h3 v0 b |- w" Ngroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion7 P& C) T9 W+ E' x, e9 l/ t

for final interview:* v9 X5 o C, _

( }6 z; o' L# h+ P0 g% u& ]7 z" ithe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
