Based on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,

2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.

6 V) o( ^' p* k+ ^. tMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
