Mind your disturbance to people in public

When I travel Japan (same for France),
4 s  ^4 v2 ~, \% ~& o, W+ QI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.2 `+ d  p- p& P5 f" t0 S# o
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.3 j" r2 F! v% w/ ]5 y3 O7 e
& C! x4 T+ \$ f8 B2 G, S5 n
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
* U' ^1 o6 O! xand I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.0 ^5 i" ~. x% ]
Therefore I here announce people:
  T$ w3 y' ^3 p+ I5 \) qMIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
