材料:

蛋 - 兩隻
奶 - 兩至三湯匙
鹽 - 少許
胡椒粉 - 少許 (建議用粗粒)
牛油 - 兩茶匙 (用microwave整溶左先加落d egg mixture度)

**** 我覺得用microwave 整係最好食, 因為炒會太油同埋唔夠滑

做法:

同普通scramble egg一樣, 將所有野溝埋一齊, 然後加溶左既牛油, 跟手用一個microwavable 既container擺入去, 分三次度"叮", 每一次十秒八秒左右, 每一次都囉出黎搞一搞先再擺入去, 叮到你覺得得岩岩熟就可以享用喇~~~

鐘意既話可以加tomato or ham~

scramble 是攪拌的意思,像家常菜”蕃茄炒蛋”的那種炒蛋,就叫做scramble egg。

d牛油放落碗度, 隔水煲 又或者放落熱/暖水度 "坐" 熱舊牛油

唔係亂講架! 呢個係一間外國餐廳(已結業)既recipe! 算得係商業秘密添~不過梗係有d無講exactly既份量但係可以自己adjust啦~

用microwave真係得架, 信我啦, 好味過炒!

其實加乜炒都得啦~ 你鐘意架jie~

講真..... 我個microwave壞左, 要等一排先整到又有相影到, 因為唔得閑買~~

: i do not agree, because microwave is not a cooker, just a heater only...

u can even use it to boil water, u try to put a thermometre inside a cup of just-boiled water from a microwave oven to see if it reaches 100 degree celcius.... anyway most microwave ovens are with cooking function automatically.....
