what about u go to safe mode n without networking, then try n clean or delete it again? Coz the virus may not active in safemode. Or you can try another antivirus.
Go to the internet n type in the virus name and see what it it 1st and c if there're any ways to fix it.
Remember to keep your firewall on after u fix it~
