Both my DVD rom & burner do not read any disc anymore, but my PC can detect both of the drives.
It says "The drive is not accessible and the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error" when i clicked on it.
I've tried to unplug and re-connect the power cable but it doesn't work also.

Can any brothers please give me a solution?

Disconnect one of the Drive and see if the other one working by itself. Also, Check your Master & Slave jumper setting.
