I don't think they can since Duncan and Parker are so powerful. Even though they didn't play well in gmae 4, they still can play better in the coming match(es). Also, Spurs has well trained bench players compared with Sun. According to NBA history, the chance of coming back from 0-3 is very rare. Therefore, Spurs can win the west coast championship.
