for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......" J: R: s6 ~0 Q& K: S8 S$ n

for the extended interview:

topic like "environment, biscuit....". }2 T# ~ L/ A

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 L2 z' B4 b8 ^, ]' ~; x9 o; ~

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
