for the preliminary interview:

& v5 I/ y6 D( C5 G7 Uthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,

* Z+ V1 l8 L& D$ z$ f, jimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( @& u. O0 j. h

1 Y1 d" k" V. o$ ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, Y8 T( P, b" U: X& h; f; O/ z3 X- O

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
