for the preliminary interview:

- A3 L4 |! w- w: Dthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

+ z& C1 |3 f7 C5 W* m4 ^9 I8 h
all conducted in english3 s! v- \5 }- L7 D& P, r
* V9 Y- q* W+ [- Mimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

/ V- H2 t$ U: ~# Y6 d, j* Kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 k! h% a$ G% D! Q

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!4 ~9 t+ |0 A7 R- H
