for the preliminary interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 O& _4 k# q8 O) X$ l7 t- h3 ?

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

) i! n% k6 K( {' r; e6 K6 agroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
