for the preliminary interview:

. x5 ~0 Z+ o: P! {" xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:8 ]# C& x$ N1 s$ s4 P9 m$ |

it's divided into 2 sections,
, {/ g$ y1 m+ b5 D0 h; q1 e1 is impromptu talk% ~+ t3 I4 _4 `; {, ^
another is group discusion

5 ]. @0 d6 `9 T1 Y3 Uall conducted in english

9 D2 ]' P* u. p5 @impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion: {! u0 B4 e2 o* p& Y

for final interview:

4 m5 \/ }. {! z* {+ wthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
