for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......% f3 u& n! ?. Z5 R( O' w0 C( V. H

1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english

/ ~! @+ @: x: |* \1 [: F, eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

: M# a( f8 T `7 O. {group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 d6 K+ ~8 ]& G
