4 T3 G- R& z6 l' \* c; s5 E! g8 Kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion$ O) f h8 |+ Z3 v) d* p& d

1 s0 Q- h% a! Hfor final interview:

# S2 i3 ^1 h' j( O; _4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

* k) f. c; q* D0 R7 z9 a5 w% u) Tthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
