for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:+ ?/ N* j& V- K R
( |# l7 a- L' n. m. A K \0 Oit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion( L2 w7 e M) n# E( N P/ t! V( K
2 V& ]' h0 ]- b" H$ O$ a: [all conducted in english

, x& Z3 h. J5 N% {2 fimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 G: @% ~! f! {% ^: M l

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ u& ?/ w4 |8 ~4 _

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
