there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ V \# b/ c( E# T a. S
& f+ ^# y4 y lfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,, O, h' R& V' d$ A1 { |" [
1 is impromptu talk

u0 k; M' H% W' A- J; e( b* o# y
all conducted in english' C, i1 U) \$ q2 \9 r

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare% G6 y- g. X! t
& J/ I- Z) ^3 N" x- K- ^
topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
