for the preliminary interview:

Mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......: @& I- K: f, R& b1 B6 i) K

it's divided into 2 sections,, T( V" V* S0 p6 t, m

another is group discusion5 J2 `4 l3 G8 ^+ ~
6 z. S. U0 `+ f* p( Z/ r
all conducted in english8 D+ ^) e# a- v8 b) Z

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion0 h: ] e0 J' R

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& Z. [+ U# H; N
