for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion- V4 B% B& t! s3 b, c, T5 I

all conducted in english \" M7 T' Q9 g1 M2 \
I1 s$ E1 p6 ?) X! ` Gimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( Y) }4 z. U/ t" d* w M t, L
+ Z# g& ^ Y+ N+ z4 Q( [* Rtopic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
