for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

9 V5 k+ a9 U& e2 H! Z/ rfor the extended interview:" A% l0 a/ G8 w5 b; _

it's divided into 2 sections,

) N% A5 o$ v8 e7 U; yanother is group discusion

; k# J& h. k$ C0 N1 iimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...." l `5 V( o+ {5 e

Q2 [1 D* z9 xgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion e" M& {# v7 P! D1 ^. F$ s+ p

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!6 Y3 n5 E# w" _ E6 t
