for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ N T* v3 d: [/ y" p0 ]% u

for the extended interview:) u+ n/ A1 X9 t% g1 N# @

# k! w8 k" \0 i# D: Himpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

0 H; W" d0 Q7 H' j7 }+ fgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
