for the preliminary interview: h+ f6 t9 h, Q2 p- b
5 _: S* U2 R' zthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......- J$ _6 m3 ^9 C5 h/ z( a

it's divided into 2 sections,
5 b/ ^# |2 Y' h1 is impromptu talk

9 ^9 E' Z8 K: u' @* jall conducted in english! T3 p; M% R( P8 Z6 n- i* Y

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit....". l5 @* {' F W7 O" {
$ \: x r O5 |' {3 }8 J$ \group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!1 Y6 q/ V8 J1 c9 a+ s1 X" C3 E1 M% u
