for the preliminary interview:

+ Q! _: W; G& Y; Z: J+ xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......* j$ M7 {- h2 e3 Z$ D

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion9 k6 s. Y+ G h; h3 h5 E

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 ?% w* L7 u8 [( _( Q( H

topic like "environment, biscuit...."4 F) T( b# w8 W X) z
2 T4 d( Z+ S. b7 m+ ~% H
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

- O8 K: |0 ?. ]( `; C' uthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
