for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

- Q) q4 X" T. @) Z4 Manother is group discusion

all conducted in english+ b a/ [3 Y# @
, X$ |& q; m) N8 T& M* eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- \# \6 U! i. W; K% p! m2 m

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

J# w# Q0 A; Ugroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
