for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......% j* X" H% N$ s! k1 o

it's divided into 2 sections,

: d+ h+ W6 q! timpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. X' u' \, n9 ]/ @" v/ j

# E0 ?6 w, Z0 u0 R0 i* ?8 Ugroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. p: b4 q" u!
