all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: m/ h5 w: ^3 Y9 C; W- D9 S% f

: l* |: @7 _2 |8 Q2 Ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion' P- ~) V3 Y/ u! g

for final interview:
