for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......, s( d5 T0 u6 a1 }1 V' G
; S3 n8 X5 c2 U+ b5 y- @8 }for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
% s& r0 X) ]9 C( w; h7 Y( ^1 is impromptu talk+ z/ p6 C. k# d! i: E7 ^
another is group discusion

all conducted in english0 ?( R* A5 k5 p0 F3 \ E

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

Kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion: V( y, h- d6 w0 D2 q1 V
