there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......7 ^4 ]. E1 W2 M* ?7 u' C
Q1 u$ Y% c& L& y. {for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

! @6 k& p- P) g D/ Xanother is group discusion
) C* U. o4 Z$ L% z6 h) }8 {6 Q& U* `& \) Q$ [- V" O
all conducted in english8 u0 x4 u/ A/ \, _7 z/ s6 L. p# L
' x' K8 Q) n' J% x7 Z9 O% rimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

0 u# H( m4 o* Hgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
