for the preliminary interview:

, B1 Z7 p! S$ l# B) ~there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......# t, }- C1 p. `! z2 O

1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english

" \" q3 m8 Q: K8 rimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

( H9 ?" q0 {5 K [2 V- l" Ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 a, O& d: s) T$ D9 h

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
