for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk4 m; ]8 }3 o: g
another is group discusion

3 l2 E, b" H% cimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion a% ^" q2 g* I/ x& d
# b% k k' ]+ _) v' u6 r" Y1 y5 s4 W/ [. o2 A& x- _0 ~9 T
for final interview:3 n4 x* O2 Y' u/ r' c. J# A
' c: i+ b2 z1 x- d1 d3 p8 F& z4 r4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes2 X0 r0 A( ]( L" ~ T7 T9 W

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
