for the preliminary interview:

7 E7 J# j: ^) b* q: L6 Y, b2 L9 o' lthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
$ Z. f' T7 z/ R- f1 is impromptu talk
. O) `4 O, m" M" [another is group discusion, \ b# b" _ ~

all conducted in english u7 \, U- v1 C5 A
- N0 }7 x! {& ^) w
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."6 K3 s* U% M9 f

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
