for the preliminary interview:

5 z1 C% F3 M3 v1 N" _. xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare7 K. Q7 M% ~$ W- S

topic like "environment, biscuit...."3 q# ^: A& m! ]$ `; x2 H4 g
2 m9 b- [6 d, l" x# U2 M9 u3 |group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
