for the preliminary interview:

) T9 \1 x0 g Xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... z0 I% d- B9 g, j5 m6 u- D, p* l" F( o

for the extended interview:

all conducted in english6 n7 d/ k, ~" Z
+ ?2 U9 h* N' \ n/ v; @+ ]impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

# M' P: P$ X# G: U! c% N+ Kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, i, Z, N2 c' g( b; g/ n
