for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......& T/ F6 y9 r5 ]( E: u

% t% P3 u9 \% s% `it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare$ B U5 B, K$ e6 D. ?4 \- M

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion% W; L) x$ S6 D/ f/ K \+ @! J) @2 P

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
