for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,# q0 `* p* s; R. g: G
1 is impromptu talk' Z% l2 e v* m& u* s- D
another is group discusion

all conducted in english7 Z* |$ P3 r! ^* G
5 }$ p9 `' `/ i' timpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

* K8 i0 m; {7 E0 stopic like "environment, biscuit...."$ o1 Z# q/ I6 g/ z5 V8 ^

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion9 ? X5 J- `) c( K$ a E6 Y
