there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ K" k1 h5 L; ]$ | `. A

another is group discusion

all conducted in english( o) b- i7 C: E% f
1 ~; H+ K' r( K" H3 ^impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 `, C3 F% E* e8 E# K4 _+ N

for final interview:
