for the preliminary interview:0 L! K T, r, F M) N
. Q# C+ u. _+ r& r2 Kthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,
/ O- W) } R$ x5 Y# n+ a1 is impromptu talk3 z! a( t* y2 s/ J
another is group discusion5 T1 ?( E3 z8 p
: K" {( M* O) J* f3 H- Pall conducted in english
/ _) Y0 P$ T% c7 a2 v0 J+ s$ K, a9 h
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

+ t, A7 N- K0 c% \7 j/ N, H4 _topic like "environment, biscuit...."! o+ V+ r% X; ^' g
& m9 ]. B5 u. C% l7 D& Sgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!* [+ R# p0 d2 J. p3 L5 o2 J! d
