for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 y9 v [' X+ ~* S, c& q
1 Q' z1 x( @8 f2 F/ Zfor the extended interview:% _6 R8 E. e0 L4 C
1 X6 _) X( M5 o* V7 a
it's divided into 2 sections,
% S% ^4 s+ i1 H" i! h% i0 n$ c1 s" C1 is impromptu talk
* d# C4 r( }8 ^) _another is group discusion
" w# z3 [- _" g" y U$ D% w9 d* c, x l; f& k
all conducted in english, Y& Z8 \* V, |8 t8 c' A; Z9 ?, n) U8 B$ V

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare% p+ ?7 H( F* L3 c9 H V

topic like "environment, biscuit...."5 x- E5 d- |% j% X" ]

H: {6 D4 v2 {group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ a3 ?0 z& p( n# Z* x& t, h

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
