there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

, x! z- A6 z8 @it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion3 J- m: _: q# M6 ^% s1 g; Q
# |8 e5 J) g3 Kall conducted in english

: H( x# a; ?% u q# [impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."( Y1 m; U6 c6 V1 E8 W: j5 R' N& v
6 l' k3 M2 V, d! R* ugroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
