there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

another is group discusion- {# E# q6 p, t" G/ R
7 |( j% ~4 O0 }6 y5 N, Fall conducted in english* C* Y/ T6 A& [; x; m% f
* u: ^5 I, c: y/ iimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare4 R: |: v- ]' K+ S' m3 v

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

5 C7 v3 G0 Q7 ^' Tgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion6 q# y# D- ]/ }% H% e6 f. M

for final interview:
