there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......
& I5 G& E5 y8 D ?6 k. _" h. D0 T0 X j8 n+ N3 S, L& S" d) g4 b
for the extended interview:* V' y/ z3 a: w8 J" T" y& L
* v. F% y4 b6 vit's divided into 2 sections,! j7 ^& g: x- u. E
1 is impromptu talk2 E: `2 \7 b7 z8 s
another is group discusion

! M/ s" n0 z9 J G, a# A% [ v7 z; pall conducted in english, }4 P' E9 @+ O9 y/ @+ k1 ?% c8 O
3 D* f& s/ W! R, D8 b* k7 \impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
