for the preliminary interview:& t: x, Z. O0 F+ W7 }6 j- R9 j

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( s I, |2 |* _4 @: Q# T

for the extended interview:. K# A) x. V2 Y
8 t& W% I/ |$ Z! a* Lit's divided into 2 sections,$ I) Z3 q1 [% e" u! L
1 is impromptu talk/ P: p) a" p/ a3 Q: R9 V, G1 ^
another is group discusion

9 h! s8 r2 A- [9 s8 mall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

: }% u6 A8 W- ^. t9 }$ \group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!0 A% c* J4 r0 I- n2 i% J
