for the preliminary interview:8 d& n& h! Q( Q4 L7 i+ I

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
) t6 n2 n. X+ ^0 N3 ^" m" S1 is impromptu talk: g: y& }& w, X* Y' Y- h# M
another is group discusion

7 s: W; B% R3 Ball conducted in english# E5 k! Q5 x# ~4 d
& a7 ^0 l5 z0 X7 J* f- ]impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare1 b6 j$ V: [, }+ M r
! h6 T# j6 L! Q! _& F2 R) Z- otopic like "environment, biscuit...."

) n% @) e8 n2 g6 q6 _. Bgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
