for the preliminary interview:

: C) {/ z- b2 D$ u( zthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......1 M8 B1 p9 i" m9 D

all conducted in english

' }9 C6 e- _ M4 ^0 eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion: C1 }7 w* q1 Z8 p$ O' J

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier! A6 ~( Q, l% q2 [' s
