for the preliminary interview:& t1 K, w% H5 E D; o& l

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,

+ R8 z4 N& S1 ^$ danother is group discusion- y9 m9 T1 R, K
) m0 E, N, @7 |" rall conducted in english

. c6 t$ S7 R, x) }& k6 Y2 _impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 X/ P8 A) P9 y2 m1 x0 g3 S
9 w7 z# {4 o. atopic like "environment, biscuit...." _( T- m0 G: w8 o7 s7 K
, f2 v- ~/ ~! H+ w2 h9 U6 rgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
