for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 w2 n- ?0 p g, k
2 Y/ f. [6 V& \& mfor the extended interview:) R. ^) U9 q5 G. m, u3 p) m5 b

it's divided into 2 sections,1 Y3 ~' F+ u" b" g3 o& d+ b
1 is impromptu talk$ r$ g, |" J1 i& L
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

~( O0 f+ u) I) \impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare9 @ D, g8 ?2 f: _8 T' l2 A5 c

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

Cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion- O$ b1 Y, r" \2 @4 Q' D" |
