for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:& _, K: h# `# P, I# z) l
, K5 {& C( N- |9 }it's divided into 2 sections,
9 b& t9 @% b7 M1 is impromptu talk( |3 q& I2 g, Y( k
another is group discusion J; w r% ~0 N% r: Y0 t7 H
w+ I* y0 L5 Kall conducted in english8 B6 Y2 D0 b \! L- x
8 [6 {0 I8 k: r# T1 Nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
