for the preliminary interview:- n! p K! J/ w9 a( F
( d7 |7 b) O" `2 O* a. Vthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:, o: V I8 m8 Y) P; U

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion, K+ _/ E7 W0 `* X% Z
7 W3 [5 k. e7 u( B0 \9 uall conducted in english
& _% V/ m4 i1 D: I
/ B+ X- x" k/ ]5 F7 o, Jimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion: `: F' {0 h) f$ t' k/ Q: ?' the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
