there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... |2 @ ~3 b1 Y

it's divided into 2 sections,/ q, N2 ` V9 m5 k5 H
1 is impromptu talk& _* J6 g) O |
another is group discusion

all conducted in english# o& q( d+ Y* q
& f% A! I) e2 `$ Nimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- T5 P# z' E0 U0 a* B: V* h( D. h1 _

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
