for the preliminary interview:8 x$ M8 k) A# C! [8 c

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......1 S# y6 r. Y) J/ i

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,; A3 |+ E @8 g& W' R3 g* O
1 is impromptu talk' H# ^8 l& p3 g2 n2 g9 V. v
another is group discusion

all conducted in english/ k' m) D1 X! v
# v8 `' }, Q S. m2 n; qimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."4 |0 {; y6 k0 Y R" V

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!4 A$ ~# F5 M4 P3 p9 a
