for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:0 [6 q1 C4 F# A9 Y5 R* h5 l
5 ]+ b! x) J+ zit's divided into 2 sections,; F1 ~- u$ I% {# h
1 is impromptu talk

* M$ X; _$ M) E* [0 Oall conducted in english5 K! x$ {% R3 b- O
7 x3 ?; c8 ?, J. a8 D/ y8 V; jimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: `* K. @: _: V1 {: [' m" r# g4 g+ H

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ K5 M! i1 j. ~9 }
