for the preliminary interview:

L" {& Q. {* Jthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ ]; ?9 w2 S, E

it's divided into 2 sections,
1 K" }1 J4 z, c: E A0 r. r8 \1 is impromptu talk
. t3 s0 }, M3 Fanother is group discusion4 T7 @1 Z$ `5 B9 c* i
, @7 w: g, O* g/ ?2 m8 t- h1 ~( zall conducted in english" x" ?' O: I& V- o* p
! Z4 K- s9 D6 n5 C& u k1 U# Eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, ]' @1 a3 N/ t% M$ d

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

6 O9 j! z8 u' |2 K) {group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, w4 i @8 m" W1 G8 o s& P4 r

for final interview:% O5 _9 U0 q! |9 @$ m

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes# N+ Y, i8 A( y) |5 T
) Y- K: P! l1 Ythe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
