for the preliminary interview:! C+ i5 Q5 y' w( G+ h& m

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( U. ^4 i7 j1 t

for the extended interview:

( O2 }8 {% @( R9 {5 `it's divided into 2 sections,
6 ]( D; Z$ F8 H0 I+ A2 D0 k1 is impromptu talk
# R) r) U; J2 g% E* c0 ?another is group discusion

all conducted in english. N- \! \$ C; T& N0 p; D3 d: q

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion: E1 r; {# t% J- _, D$ o( \. r$ P

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!! e s/ ]+ O* y
