( o' Q( T! s1 m p# Mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......6 Q; L! F9 v, u% I
/ C* }5 O+ I5 r0 ?6 R3 ^% Vfor the extended interview:% W! l/ F4 W# w& l- S6 `

it's divided into 2 sections,
9 |) m$ H* W M* g" G9 I1 is impromptu talk" u7 z# C+ _+ ]
another is group discusion5 K$ c- h( G. r: ^" z( M' @
9 g$ b, M/ V$ D3 Z
all conducted in english6 c$ F+ W8 r9 D; h+ E" z
' @. M& z6 T/ s1 Kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

3 i/ G0 z; j, a9 q) N7 htopic like "environment, biscuit...."* p2 k/ m. d% l" I& g$ i0 f
; J1 o' f* }2 c, u( Q* ugroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!( d: c7 w; S! A7 V+ F; y$ I$ h/ n
