for the preliminary interview:

+ ^6 M9 |/ ]( m" N6 V kthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,) f: q0 }4 N( @ v0 H( j

another is group discusion! Q5 I7 l, u5 e' r
, K9 u! t, n# b" v5 r9 qall conducted in english2 ^& e# O S% U6 |, r9 s
$ _3 h3 k% F5 o4 gimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; o8 D( V3 q( v `: O. J5 @: j
6 }" H, _( F6 Z1 z0 n, A. {% jtopic like "environment, biscuit...."- [% C; g, r& H/ ^+ n, I; ]
' u7 e/ I& Z" y& t, ]group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion!
