there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

9 ]9 J6 }) a9 z: Q6 x7 Z- panother is group discusion: d4 u5 |# o4 W) y, G Z% c

all conducted in english& E- w+ M7 ^9 H5 ^: }. d

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- K' D+ h: y/ u+ {: A+ i
) U8 A4 n& L |1 U/ i# vtopic like "environment, biscuit...."5 ~! w2 [3 f8 `3 p
u9 @8 ?+ s, t: q }- [( egroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

! I' C6 F2 u* F( m1 lthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
