for the preliminary interview:# H; f$ W) B! n# h* `
, [% j5 a- M* O% ` q; Rthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

+ ~$ M7 \/ \, k# {" nit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare1 O, w, b% B% \" A8 B

& g. p4 C) ?" z g6 V5 Kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
