for the preliminary interview:

6 v- e% k) h$ x' k8 uthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......3 O& m q/ g+ [* K5 E& ]3 g1 L

it's divided into 2 sections,

all conducted in english

a6 I( v& l ~( F3 w* Dimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, Q2 n O m0 w l0 R: B( Y) j# e. a
+ i3 {4 Y& X* k& M3 X. etopic like "environment, biscuit...."

( q& s j* }6 }group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
