there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,% p+ g# y6 b! |! p
1 is impromptu talk

5 ^' V% P9 J+ o6 pall conducted in english# F, A q$ C( j2 H; _8 V6 O

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare h& G$ v: L8 G. s
# b0 n4 k% h7 d4 y% m' Rtopic like "environment, biscuit...."5 d# o6 N% g0 w
) e. \* ~* F/ t4 C& c, S: Agroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
