for the preliminary interview:

1 P3 ^; p0 i5 }$ n9 x; b4 Jthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections," `9 `5 {' Q" J
1 is impromptu talk
) f$ T z; @7 eanother is group discusion( k3 {. T4 n3 j: P7 b' s4 {, y

all conducted in english# M$ j$ h5 L. [4 U4 a
( m& Q3 M' v# z- V8 G9 F7 Yimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

! v- z8 G+ N$ W! i4 Wgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion0 I/ j, j6 i, U" h2 P: z7 H

for final interview:& `7 L& G0 i3 w5 l4 I
c/ y7 p7 D4 s% t6 Q4 H% T4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes8 q+ b" q$ C: K9 ~+ l# a% X

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
