there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......& B, o- L1 c( R( ]7 W: @

for the extended interview:7 }; P( {: \+ q8 ~ z8 c
0 ^/ I1 O3 l* N9 K' J& {1 t+ j( d1 k
it's divided into 2 sections,
5 z0 x) H# F5 p) N+ {' }* B1 is impromptu talk X; `8 }/ I% { _& D4 Y
another is group discusion2 f/ C! k1 l& |+ @
/ f/ }! w# I- f& F; Hall conducted in english/ {8 j. i" W) w& U

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. V& S+ y9 j$ _
! i* _1 L. y1 M( I0 w& Ztopic like "environment, biscuit...."3 s/ F3 v3 z. Q$ V
: S+ u w" U0 T) n! `0 Sgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
