for the preliminary interview:

3 ?: N) f! s! [, Y& \6 L, Sthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 g2 E2 w, W x

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,# m" q: j- O4 ~; {1 L' \# w# i! P- G
1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare8 P8 _8 q1 U; S% c B6 S3 N8 j% k
p! b9 ~" L+ r/ e9 D# [6 ~topic like "environment, biscuit...."

7 W$ X4 o# b2 J1 v* hgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion& L+ q" o2 x; O7 _

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
