for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:$ ~9 N8 B3 e# t
2 a9 h$ t5 g. yit's divided into 2 sections,
U% V; [5 I: i# I, i" z. N" B! K1 is impromptu talk

7 n: I* l/ D7 f( Q2 v8 X$ yall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare* ^& Y3 P" b5 _! C J4 |8 h

topic like "environment, biscuit....") X! }& M: O( x Z% H! Q* J

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion! V* G" I3 l/ K0 h
