for the preliminary interview:

6 h' ]' r* l# z( lthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:, F6 w. Q5 A, a& ~" j& S/ P

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion( e1 s4 }* m0 Y/ ~7 t
, u% j9 [ m2 ~& c7 h. Tall conducted in english! l. C: |$ p Q8 E- t- Y
. z& c; e! [8 [/ V1 r7 @( limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( R, @4 ?+ ?/ t/ o; j

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion' x, t- F& @8 d1 Z3 E1 Q. K

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
