for the preliminary interview:& C. }) C3 P8 S. G c' @

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
" l" K3 C6 ~5 v' g1 is impromptu talk
p& x4 r4 r. b" g$ V+ Sanother is group discusion

all conducted in english: T+ s/ k {- |) K

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& K/ U& D( C3 n
, v$ W; M( I$ p8 |9 Ngroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!) T: i% W% ^% q
