for the preliminary interview:

/ O4 J1 C3 l: J" L7 @ m' {& V4 E, Xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

7 p6 K0 ~2 Z$ E. _, J! Oanother is group discusion
& { V% q, [& I* V, w" \' h8 a2 M1 D- X# ], _
all conducted in english

( W1 [' g" \' e9 `impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; d8 X$ N1 H u- S( M& l3 @

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!+ r: g+ Q; W. C+ N& h0 C, \3 ~
