there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......" B8 P3 V; H' U% z

it's divided into 2 sections,! K5 q) g4 x1 V1 i0 A0 X$ u
1 is impromptu talk
" {2 j7 c( I# }- ?another is group discusion
- M/ M& N3 j, G& ?9 I3 L& G* a8 c, z9 S& r Y
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare8 D0 A& N( a" D# q6 c8 g7 z8 R& G# Z
+ b) O4 \% U3 d) y& itopic like "environment, biscuit...."8 e- }7 q/ c8 ~+ J, i9 o
3 N# e. r3 K5 f+ M4 O) ~* B
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 b3 |8 b0 k$ |' d
