there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' _+ o4 B f8 M' c

it's divided into 2 sections,' C( ^1 M( [7 b2 P
1 is impromptu talk; O" f- `7 ]5 y. Y
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

/ I, d, J. j2 e: S2 g( Q+ r q) limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 m9 k1 U- n( R6 p* T
% H* J6 p2 w9 W/ t- }topic like "environment, biscuit...."! |" w2 @8 B- n+ S2 b1 s
" Y5 o9 f: t6 P' i7 ^* B8 c- v9 m0 ogroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion: u( |. u+ J: ]

for final interview:4 h: k( d" j3 B0 k W1 l, \0 c; G
& }' o/ l: o0 V4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
