there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:& F7 @/ u( R' c5 @( v l% x

it's divided into 2 sections,
% q6 k) {: J# w; t; S1 is impromptu talk8 `' P* z$ F p7 } k
another is group discusion
% @2 z7 y* d `6 I9 `) H9 c* J, w6 H# j& A' [; ^
all conducted in english& G; t! i! t* E0 o0 p
* E4 N; |1 V3 ^ Pimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

! z% G' l. A8 [topic like "environment, biscuit...."2 Q2 y9 N6 G4 q# S$ W& s0 B
7 m$ Z4 o$ v+ T9 H2 ~" fgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
