there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:8 l; ]8 p! y. F) c: ?% e5 q# x. a

1 is impromptu talk8 i$ u" B& |9 D% Y
another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( o) X: ?+ p2 M" O$ |! U
% Y2 A# \$ S5 p; Ntopic like "environment, biscuit...."9 H. i5 G& |) ~, y
h! I2 n- ]0 a( n& I4 R, n Fgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
