for the preliminary interview:

# i& G- @& I; _4 ^' {3 qthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......7 |5 ~2 h8 j) n' @* ~ q5 z) U1 E

it's divided into 2 sections,

( b9 y$ k6 r( Y `# oall conducted in english+ a V: [0 a6 \
# v/ G$ x N, W$ P" simpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; m/ m, U/ I' X

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion0 q" \9 M+ F [) T5 h& I: _7 Z

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!- @" x9 j+ E2 j
