for the preliminary interview:( g g! a) V2 C+ @+ R

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,1 p7 J8 u( S) j0 j5 U
1 is impromptu talk. G( z: u6 z2 _: Z9 g- m
another is group discusion

all conducted in english `, H3 S3 X$ \, ]

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 B: V/ J! O) g4 H* j, X- ^0 d! x
4 y4 _7 a' n: _* t/ u+ x6 l: utopic like "environment, biscuit...."' l" R2 s- A9 W* x" n3 a

[4 h. ]7 B4 |' C' x% u* agroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion: _% T" t; |2 |

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
