there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 j4 k9 ], y3 ]$ X: d
4 _0 Y# E( F3 i" q2 X, ~for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
' T& f G8 l, x& U3 u. n+ F1 is impromptu talk
5 o- B0 J: }6 u1 Eanother is group discusion
6 b* |- ^$ q+ ?+ G& z
% d X8 \3 F& `' Q) Fall conducted in english
! `# T: [. p/ E: o8 M/ h) q1 S2 F6 H6 u
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& H6 z. F& r3 B, @

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, D" ]& \$ d( \3 M& r! y! S+ B. g

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
