; E$ I+ H% ~* Hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:2 n7 g6 d$ i: y! }( q, z
+ ~) P' g: n S
it's divided into 2 sections,& m- U0 U; J) r2 }' q
1 is impromptu talk3 M" o$ e7 K* n) d3 W r& Z
another is group discusion
9 E% K# Y- K5 u6 Q; O) f2 {& h$ {. U8 @2 G7 D3 k8 w# e8 e
all conducted in english

# g' _) a& k0 J q5 rimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

2 G3 o. ^4 u- X$ H7 M; C. S( H; H0 gtopic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
