for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:9 p* o3 A+ I; O2 v0 e3 p1 T1 m3 r
! j0 `8 h+ {5 a1 c2 ?# Wit's divided into 2 sections,
8 x( E" h; H6 n1 is impromptu talk; ~) @' J# z7 N3 W/ W- `
another is group discusion
& R5 h9 |, k2 _; P# c' N" R. f- @ G% T5 |1 A# h/ N9 y! p
all conducted in english& s9 }* o2 o! N8 _& s. P
6 ^/ i8 g/ `! p! g/ w9 n0 }# gimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!- x/ Q. I7 O/ o1 o3 Y/ a
