for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......2 ~9 s* h* k1 l; t! }- e

) p Z4 q3 l- d( l1 T$ K( pall conducted in english. o$ B1 w/ r' w

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- j- _3 p2 O7 U4 A2 S2 c: O B% c7 \' S" r

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, E1 v7 U- X/ e) b4 p( u0 R7 ~
