there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

& S( [" r! o Dit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

all conducted in english& U5 d& P+ N) @2 K9 X. O: B
. r X) N* U0 c2 kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare% |1 _6 y5 T2 c* k V
- O; A' A5 {6 O& D3 _topic like "environment, biscuit...."& S* |0 v4 m" B( O: L& F9 p- t
, I( a+ n/ N0 y8 f/ ?5 q Ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
