for the preliminary interview:

R% I2 s% X! G) t# `there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 E4 c; |" S" g; `, T

it's divided into 2 sections,

9 O% e4 m; |+ F# Q: h5 V+ D7 Tall conducted in english

+ j* s7 A2 e, R( q, mimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

2 T: R, \+ I' Z( `: F& M7 I$ V' rgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion' g8 g' I* f8 P; v1 t

for final interview:
