for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......- S6 v" i$ o% Y- s; T
& W: h- J" A! n1 ]" y+ L5 l5 n1 U7 k
for the extended interview: z6 e2 Q8 {* T( k' e
t3 q- X- i7 D' k7 ]( W
it's divided into 2 sections,7 ^# T M; ~$ Q% ^" a
1 is impromptu talk9 Q4 S9 H: \0 n9 q' \4 @
another is group discusion4 E; X* C8 A; O! K0 T( q
- I# a3 g% D+ C; X- Xall conducted in english& t/ K$ H, ~; J4 d9 k1 `! B- d9 Q/ ~, U

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare' f- q% U2 g' |2 _4 h

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

8 r5 e( _# r5 X Ggroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:
