there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

/ `6 M3 X2 ~+ l$ F& ?4 n8 s% k$ O& Dfor the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,
- y% v7 i, s. u1 V" x, W1 is impromptu talk
% B" t# h! {, U8 w5 A1 z5 ganother is group discusion2 s/ q, T6 w+ h$ k4 G
{) g( X8 V( i* J3 Y6 K0 W/ F
all conducted in english

$ N2 _; v9 s* G w, b, b( Aimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare7 g9 C( Q: H$ I6 q, h$ h \3 G
+ M9 l& u+ i( }/ U% X* mtopic like "environment, biscuit...."9 R% T8 T( a5 ^) }8 f
, v. }% x" o; m! c* qgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:
