for the preliminary interview:

0 a$ E- T9 t3 r4 Fthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare! q$ L9 l* L' u+ P$ o4 m

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

4 @) P; }/ [4 B8 p9 K0 q# {group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion& @0 d4 F5 q v) f1 g
