for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

8 h% r4 T! D- G) c$ Jimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. T& Z- `5 c6 ~) u7 T: Q! j
! R) s. G% k$ d$ t( m. \+ Ptopic like "environment, biscuit...."2 Q* Z6 z# P! X: _4 B3 W* O
' S& E- t' V2 n" e2 dgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion" f& I7 g p/ H9 Y
