for the preliminary interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

# o1 X# N% B: A5 T- s" Vall conducted in english& V# i& A' H/ ?- L0 q' J9 A

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. ^) m3 y# O* z: H

topic like "environment, biscuit...." R: P" k! b9 e8 M/ Q# Y
3 t6 ~# \# O4 X' U/ ~group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 ~+ G! j q3 ?7 @1 M5 Y
