for the preliminary interview:

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare1 B8 ?0 z$ g1 x1 o
' D& q6 `" n. r) e0 y( R+ mtopic like "environment, biscuit...."# l) y" [8 ~( E1 ?/ G8 n0 E
& Z: y% r/ H) q/ t; m" ogroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:
