" m: g6 k$ g, z( }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

another is group discusion8 K9 [9 N) J( g# }+ ?6 q# S

) R$ H# m F2 m* Oimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

& W: P1 L; x2 ?. s: \topic like "environment, biscuit...."& L. X n7 H, C- f+ S( C

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
