there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

/ |2 e3 U6 h! b& X/ S0 Pit's divided into 2 sections,& b. e. t3 o' L+ H+ O: N1 U
1 is impromptu talk! |1 d1 j/ u0 x; F1 S, s( B0 R
another is group discusion, v* B8 ^2 K% Z# \9 v

all conducted in english* j0 k% ^6 Y/ f" `

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
) K4 _$ A) c% ~( W9 q# m9 U, a/ k, s0 K3 e: Z6 j
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
