because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired.. ! k. V7 Z# m7 i, v
and then u stare at the sun..... whiuch everybody knows, the sun weakens ur eye...* z6 X% v2 V( @9 s% x
therefore it cause ur eye to hurt...

but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....7 p: y# D. e' m0 i4 t5 e! B. r

note..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......7 D, ^$ {$ q: r, N' M# R
7 g. _* q5 \% N8 E& _and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired... |
