because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired..

but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....

1 Z% f/ C2 y$ F1 m8 Unote..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......

/ J2 {& O5 s) c6 ^and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...8 _4 s4 z' s! \5 S4 r+ E$ e0 e

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired... |
