trust me.. cause it always happen to me a lot of times.....

because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired..

but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....

3 Z$ K9 D, R0 `/ N0 gnote..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired... |
