for the preliminary interview:( b4 T4 \! J8 ]+ U6 g' J
2 o/ E, V- L- B" [* ?there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......) [$ L- ^. ^/ Z8 A

it's divided into 2 sections,( ~! v, ?6 e2 X) ]2 `( e5 ^" E
1 is impromptu talk( @1 n6 Z0 B, L$ `/ Z5 D! r
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& l4 n) u/ U, C/ U
7 j \: v# [1 N% k3 fgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!; G) Y, H; P& H }% w9 }( ~0 L/ S
