for the preliminary interview:

) u$ v/ B& ]4 U! U* e. V2 Hthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

all conducted in english3 q# J4 z( V' T0 D- l
- s2 z3 a6 g' w2 X: W& ~impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

1 l3 V( }6 A& t9 \: M2 fgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
