for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......9 X( t, |4 G7 l9 A1 g; b" S* E2 _

for the extended interview:

3 @2 }8 K+ D' ]) d9 ^' n& Tit's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

all conducted in english, f" R s3 A9 v* P

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion j E0 v, x% ]5 t/ O
