there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......- r$ C; Z, w- y+ l( q. M

for the extended interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 v5 o- g, c7 w. T* r0 ^

H) N8 f! `group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ |+ u& B+ C( T1 n5 T. c+ s' q

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
