for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:2 k5 q3 z/ w% L! D9 M4 W
" P1 k! i: o+ n7 B, Z* Z$ Xit's divided into 2 sections,- M5 i1 F4 Z# h
1 is impromptu talk# N: Z( j T! G2 R
another is group discusion; t# ^$ |* l$ i# \
9 n; A* o: e/ Z2 s3 f: yall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& t* H, i& G: h( S6 K
