there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......5 P5 B: q& y1 n

for the extended interview:) m! U& o5 w4 R$ v7 G1 A

it's divided into 2 sections,% C) z1 A8 Q2 e
1 is impromptu talk
1 f( J* r# R/ \+ C+ _another is group discusion

all conducted in english' c# g/ _) I* A5 m5 u) z" a

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 e l$ |9 F3 J- S0 a
0 ~ q5 N' l- |! p8 a1 s! ~topic like "environment, biscuit...."

7 ^8 A; M6 t9 j8 wgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
