for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 R: [0 D$ q0 W7 d! x' W

for the extended interview:+ {& T0 A4 p" H( t# t* z0 K

it's divided into 2 sections,2 [6 m6 z7 h- F g! h8 D

another is group discusion" j; c9 ]* e6 `5 A/ r) L3 k

all conducted in english

# z6 E& N. `, [# Q4 f- eimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare' g2 U- I- p* i7 Y6 l4 g
" Z0 M+ F3 _' W6 M: d5 v2 o! }6 ktopic like "environment, biscuit...."7 T9 f) W. K& E$ n! ?
4 U. l. n& \$ l; k! P% S) }( D8 cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

! U4 M6 f# G4 f, Z( O' d- Nthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
