for the extended interview:

* g2 U4 o) W% ?& M9 g' \7 A$ r+ Dimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

) M# N& V, Q, s/ D5 l5 Lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion) B' {0 d8 _8 n! w
