because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired..

note..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......( o+ G6 w( D" l2 h( I2 A

and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...
