and then u stare at the sun..... whiuch everybody knows, the sun weakens ur eye...7 Q+ z: L- _! u' F" n3 h

but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....

# Q% ?( y* D1 G' _note..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired... |
