because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired.. + m& G" Y* D/ q; S' P
and then u stare at the sun..... whiuch everybody knows, the sun weakens ur eye...

but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....& S- y0 W( O) c8 G: S
7 |! c5 G& n) vnote..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......5 o, r% n+ N5 n) O5 Y1 p! c( t F
! H" _8 u- H% t: B: band then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...8 o' W5 m! s# S- l2 ~- F. M

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired... |
