because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired.. & R- c* E! j6 g4 f
and then u stare at the sun..... whiuch everybody knows, the sun weakens ur eye...

( G" U* \ T% ]) v2 Rbut u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....

note..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......" D8 [$ q3 b: j% a

and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...) Y0 D' a+ f7 L% E% [ H2 C

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired... |
