because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired.. 4 f$ j9 d1 m t% s! q' K
and then u stare at the sun..... whiuch everybody knows, the sun weakens ur eye...

but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....- f/ v, v4 l/ ~, ?, g
/ m5 { u* q9 snote..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......5 c1 ~5 c$ [" Z% {
( S" p; H3 ~; o6 band then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...
