because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired..

therefore it cause ur eye to hurt...

but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....8 i7 ?2 | k0 z l( K7 B
3 ^2 U- n4 E5 Z3 n! s7 Nnote..: my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......

and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...
