Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
% ?/ m2 a/ S1 K8 W4 t" \% g) tBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers. P8 K' s9 Y8 n' D- l8 s0 E. t+ Q
