Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
2 M/ ?7 R' N6 }2 f) H# ? g5 sBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

. D. N3 W0 L$ d' T3 C5 qHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,! v8 B3 i: |+ a$ T2 c X( O
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
