it's divided into 2 sections,

I9 B1 Ogroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ y& @3 z; a D1 a, D" D7 i: W& B
