for the preliminary interview:

" W$ X0 ~: Y9 Y1 Xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......) U- i( j8 B, {

for the extended interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

, d7 y) H- e, T L0 W* f. r8 U4 Y4 M6 Wgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion' g! D$ L U" Q, U+ R- O* v; q
) ~8 Z: N1 Z4 C( J9 r* C. W, @; Q+ M- J9 |" `3 O# u' W4 W
for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
