for the preliminary interview:

! c, ^! n' K) r% ^) V/ k! sthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk

9 {! h7 t/ U: Y0 b- j4 s. Wimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

% g( D9 }2 X V- gtopic like "environment, biscuit...." R5 w* p+ O7 e) _
( i* D3 ~* F* ]2 z( ?2 Ugroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion$ K$ V7 c' z2 Y$ A6 s* j% M4 F

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!; E' ]- `. C$ [* X( w2 {
