for the preliminary interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

# b, p' i. @2 O" ^6 G* P+ `group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion+ g* ]5 @! }) |- j) ?
