for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......4 A [0 e0 H6 m; U; P- ?- H2 r. o
& H' p# U! m) ?& R0 ^$ { g3 R
for the extended interview:" m/ I) W. p# e- R
5 N1 H4 p0 S" s7 u* dit's divided into 2 sections,% v/ G3 S3 M0 I: u+ Y, z
1 is impromptu talk
% f1 i1 ]; T* Q% R% d% _another is group discusion
; E2 l* i1 J& u* o1 D: a7 o6 x, Q9 ]! P. y! D2 T+ D
all conducted in english

* l% X1 \3 s! V" w4 w2 Vimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; x0 I: S* X0 g& y3 D* B

topic like "environment, biscuit...."' M6 O7 [) q3 l3 _! c3 a6 V! d8 l
5 q g% p9 U9 o0 Dgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

% f! Z o: U( s5 U% p7 a" [the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
