there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... _* H0 M: F8 z, }: X. f

for the extended interview:( f2 G0 @' e7 v W6 V3 Q. w m: }5 x
3 c( J( r3 L8 V) U% Yit's divided into 2 sections,
- v' F8 ?0 f3 ]$ r, k5 C l1 is impromptu talk
' n( h5 u9 W9 j- a5 D7 `5 G% q" janother is group discusion

: a2 j, P5 N2 Nall conducted in english+ M ?" s, l1 f. x$ N# I/ E

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

7 z3 f( f; G- m( S: X8 \group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 ]7 n- h' ^+ A" D; I3 M- W

for final interview:
