for the preliminary interview:" ^& R+ H* O( x6 g! v7 Z" y

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ q1 C1 v# U9 B- H" b0 P5 {

for the extended interview:, W' `" z' S p- b4 K" u1 ?% X
2 Z: X! O& `" R1 @. y
it's divided into 2 sections,
8 w1 {, L* l! A+ e1 is impromptu talk
* u, M1 b2 b/ j& N' F) P/ \another is group discusion
9 ?( [# x& h5 t8 @$ z/ H0 |' X1 f7 N. c0 U4 M" {# n
all conducted in english+ U4 V& m: N$ J% T( X. h

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

4 o, q' g$ Q8 i) o8 ktopic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
