for the extended interview:

another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 F6 r* D0 D- Q% C: j2 n

topic like "environment, biscuit...."6 i, }; q5 ^! D. Q9 s& j9 \4 d1 Q
d: t# T( i/ w) S$ z% Ngroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
