for the preliminary interview:

/ Y* W# l, F xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......6 u0 y$ M; k% w

it's divided into 2 sections,

all conducted in english

6 K$ X6 A" k/ V8 s* \- D* n5 U3 k* Kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. I. o$ o& e9 \! o. V- }/ L6 O
1 N5 b8 ~5 D5 l; ftopic like "environment, biscuit...."
1 E; x( K, X0 C* P ]3 Z' Q: R( X6 p2 _, j& U
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 C* u) p' S. ]" e) ^7 h$ P& `

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
