for the preliminary interview: J O6 J" N# ^, F5 Q' }
2 H( A% m& P6 i$ T' ethere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk
I4 V3 k! q' Z# R, z( N. Wanother is group discusion

0 ~8 z( ^' m' _ C/ z- k" _all conducted in english

* y, N5 k0 W2 @* z) X' Qimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

/ A* u7 I5 v" J0 v! l! V+ etopic like "environment, biscuit....", c' w, G! f* D$ [; m
% _' m3 w0 y n7 hgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
