there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,0 i$ t+ f1 @* w2 L3 e& w
1 is impromptu talk0 B. B3 _+ Y5 M; h
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( ]0 F7 ^3 D; G( Q7 `; l# j+ @

I3 fgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion1 ^0 B& ?' p' b- v( [

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
