for the preliminary interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: W+ s: c6 |, h6 X

topic like "environment, biscuit....", `# k% n2 _% P' ]5 z% F
! p2 z2 O! C! v6 ~4 \group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. }& I3 Y$ R2 Q+ R; e

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
