2 y9 b0 }4 z/ z# f( i) _there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......- t' z: s6 E1 f

for the extended interview:( s4 G5 @8 ^8 {. l3 f# s

it's divided into 2 sections,1 ?; Y' u4 D" |/ u# r1 s
1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english- ?' `0 J z% n# G* i
% E% b3 a6 n7 `" k' i4 Qimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare0 l$ b& S6 o7 Y' `/ b8 ?3 [

: Y* q4 l3 x d& ]2 g3 w. {group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion( v5 D, b W. t
