for the preliminary interview:

7 v% U& |2 X, k2 q( B |there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections, v, c1 `8 T; _1 K

all conducted in english: r" U0 q1 u* L
% t+ R: F! ~/ E7 `/ wimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."! m+ B! Y5 M$ m3 i

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

1 G! K$ G' F& v* t" w+ [the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
