for the preliminary interview:

1 e2 O& {$ a3 i+ P0 h$ ]there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......, |1 ~- T0 t+ Q4 A

for the extended interview:4 C0 H8 X" I- b+ h
& A) P4 R/ b% Z$ I! k3 lit's divided into 2 sections,
! N2 Q( N; L7 ?. J6 h2 }1 is impromptu talk
9 A4 E' X9 H4 \" J7 b; Panother is group discusion
3 c, P7 k# d4 z( r4 h9 Q
* e5 o* J ^: ~all conducted in english& k- p/ Q+ T; U o
, i9 L6 y) {7 kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare5 n1 {% S6 ] ~* r, R# g( R
* N* V% D0 x, N! [& d8 a' r
topic like "environment, biscuit...."
; B( C c. S) `* p$ ^9 d5 ~) ~% G( V8 z) _+ j% S. a
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 W9 z% g( ^6 j) u% V- [- ?
