for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

1 is impromptu talk

5 X, N( O9 C" y# F1 f( \# Oimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare F! ^$ L. v4 t

5 H/ K9 j2 S, [) ^( r1 f0 dgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. S+ p7 K8 k( o1 Q

$ L# g O# L- S( Athe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
