there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ @% \4 N& s" W* o

for the extended interview:

8 z: o/ j( U, S$ F8 Iit's divided into 2 sections,
5 r* @- I% W9 q! {: g" R$ Y1 is impromptu talk
) q. R) e: R2 ~" O2 g* J" u, Ganother is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

2 O' j" n1 ~7 J% \& Rgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion0 g" m/ ?& L4 d* M5 L

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
