for the preliminary interview:

M- l+ xthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......# {7 ^; S- Z5 w7 c/ P- }- G' ^3 d

another is group discusion

all conducted in english

1 V1 E) {# H; btopic like "environment, biscuit...." R( d5 c3 s+ R' G/ ^
# G# S. m3 V% ]- t! n/ M3 kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
