there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......# n4 [ d X* b: ]1 D! \

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,- E J+ S8 F' r P& Y- ?% j1 i& X
1 is impromptu talk
: Z- {) W+ e7 c$ D5 Ianother is group discusion

all conducted in english2 X1 d X3 A& [0 R$ }( K9 x% k
9 R7 S6 U$ Z9 B7 ^+ D$ D2 x, w& ` D
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."% L: X/ m/ V9 Z+ q& y

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 H0 P9 D$ [$ k; [5 T
