there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,- V: o) ? g" y0 F7 q1 v
1 is impromptu talk# z/ U' {) B* s, K7 E ?
another is group discusion

all conducted in english7 U! k# C+ b" d5 {* D

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

& Q# P0 Y; n* I' Y+ Jtopic like "environment, biscuit...."- K! G0 d5 s- w6 X }7 h- C% a+ b
# d; h7 b- p9 w; |; F' pgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
