there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

j9 t- w& C3 a8 _/ j% |for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,1 g, c. W: s4 H6 o* } C
1 is impromptu talk- L9 V1 `% o% S- D
another is group discusion- ^* N# y1 D2 J) ]8 ^

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 l$ q- F x W/ B5 c( D

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

3 j8 A+ o0 ?0 e, e7 P+ T) K# Hgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion4 I; o1 B' ~; B) T( e) N# \+ F/ Y
