there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....../ {* o( Y' T6 \; q) j7 M) \

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, c' q2 e: z- b' o
, }1 A% [7 s! t) o5 m; }topic like "environment, biscuit...."9 \4 Y' p; A6 m b5 y4 S. H' K
* d0 }) c4 A! @1 d, r2 d, A; [# Hgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

3 r8 ]: K( D# n P1 Dthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
