for the preliminary interview:

. b+ K+ q F, Z1 Rthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......' _; F ^, Y) ` s. D0 B0 c

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,

1 D* I6 R7 {- p! wanother is group discusion

0 W- |3 {1 m' c& b, Uall conducted in english) X# [* B) j. c
) K$ z# H+ A3 U/ K9 i: k7 U( Cimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

$ E' O ~9 y1 w! a( D1 Ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion, k- F+ u/ R6 Q# `3 @

/ b6 L4 X/ J/ c Rthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!# @- I/ i* i) ^5 B; Q+ f7 u# B
