for the preliminary interview:

all conducted in english

topic like "environment, biscuit...."1 }9 F- P# r7 C% A# j/ [

X1 C% [& ~+ H7 hgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
