for the preliminary interview:

5 J# \9 c7 I+ A2 [1 `1 `) j/ fthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ J4 l# X5 n5 g" f1 ^ N

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare' r y9 Y* k& u; F& J% s7 b

topic like "environment, biscuit...."" X- _8 J5 ^, x
- U9 Z; e" ?- k& t6 a0 P% i+ ~/ zgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

3 `% }. a, ?% a% j1 ethe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
