for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......7 _9 W. {) C- h+ h- z( F" X

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,- L- L- Z# I* G2 Y
1 is impromptu talk

( m9 i. W M4 _8 } Yall conducted in english

6 E# S. v" E. ]% H4 s8 s6 Kimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!% h9 h: ^; y' w7 {$ g. C. ?
