there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....../ i; o9 Y: \7 ] c% {7 f/ X
6 ?/ o- i- x/ @+ Afor the extended interview:+ u0 z% O/ W! Q
, M! U: a5 P8 d) _( A6 N/ `it's divided into 2 sections,3 @+ h) h; i% w ]9 v
1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english/ x a0 S( |; j" Q9 j/ E1 v

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. k7 T$ L0 X7 b, c6 W

topic like "environment, biscuit...."0 w3 [5 U! t1 R# B3 \( J
+ K2 t& e8 M- B; k/ h/ R
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!% u( M( c0 Z4 u
