for the preliminary interview:7 C+ x6 W# c8 v
- g" n) n2 {) Y; r; G* m# l& othere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:
9 ~4 h8 [2 d& i3 T' ?/ O4 s5 y; F5 l5 Q2 E; W
it's divided into 2 sections,3 \$ b |+ {% T* _8 D# U2 `
1 is impromptu talk5 F1 [9 y4 y. V9 T
another is group discusion: h4 x9 f. }: u1 R4 Z

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. D: L$ m, | v3 U1 n

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
