for the extended interview:

1 {9 L6 H+ v0 ?impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare2 c8 k5 G( Z" O* ~/ Q

topic like "environment, biscuit...."& g+ P* j; {" c9 g( Q+ l
6 M% @$ ]+ v8 v& l1 O; kgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
