all conducted in english

topic like "environment, biscuit...."4 I/ |8 N x( i' M
/ a) A1 t9 a4 J' O9 @group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 @% @; T; w7 ~* ~8 n1 Q/ Q* B

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
