for the preliminary interview:& h2 \* E1 m6 g% u

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......* A! D& | u- `

it's divided into 2 sections,

$ Q$ p: ?* l4 ^6 u4 [+ |all conducted in english. r! v" V$ d' g+ _

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare( c8 k. {" D6 L2 d0 \/ x% d, T

topic like "environment, biscuit....": \) O! `- R: _- F. U
& L: [, Y8 U1 `- W' R; O( n$ h2 i- ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
