The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind* Z6 y7 Y f+ c! l- ]
I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese N7 T& ?+ _ S5 T' h
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
: I& U" v2 e! OHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.9 s7 H3 z* P2 S+ J" L
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.* }' K% `* Y9 T2 @( o2 I
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
$ x9 t# n6 ^" }4 a0 n: Y8 GSecondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living& x8 T3 T" |, N! Q) H$ N
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel y1 _ {/ d- b) o3 h) [
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,# ]- h5 @! n: I. R, K7 ^
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.

I see all Chinese as foreigner. I know Hong Kong is a Chinese city
