The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

What government, world city are too unreal to me1 r M3 t! J( i
Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind
% {% e1 W' S7 l+ y' RI have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
4 X8 k; P0 M/ @5 |So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
0 [4 P# w8 [; m+ o. ~However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.
: }; _3 k( e+ v( y: P7 r: x6 n' S bMy ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.. s% U8 I! `. Z# S
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
+ W4 a C8 Q% t8 O" }Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living8 ]0 z; V4 {( J& a1 j
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel2 ~: q" y- X2 V* [8 u% a& l( K
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,
3 Z3 E! T: P; K0 h: zPeople are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue

Lastly, I don't wanna see too many Chinese in Hong Kong
