The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind+ l& k B% X L3 t) g: x0 y2 T
I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese0 y4 ~3 N: m4 T
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
1 m5 r4 ]5 r5 o/ PHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.. U6 Z4 c$ s' O' D& [
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve." D _4 J0 w2 s, Z) |3 r
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
2 A7 i: ^7 q* N5 ISecondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living5 o: n( S" F) |1 }. E7 t
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel! A, C6 c( B' E# K1 F- v
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,6 h) _) ^8 B4 q6 C( @7 L E
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.

& w" a; [ |' q5 x6 \& _All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue
