What government, world city are too unreal to me

I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
/ v' g& @$ f/ @So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia; Y; C6 I. r% d' w+ f4 ?0 ?
Z" K' `( n- l+ i' x+ SFirst of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low& s" b7 p$ x, _: w. {
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan." W) z0 e) ~) W* Q b5 r1 n9 w, U
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.

People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK. 9 z, e- Y" A* K# u+ w- i
My ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house
