The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

What government, world city are too unreal to me4 }1 z% c' g1 y0 }2 z
Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind$ B, K# E5 R! P; W
I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese& O+ r G9 K$ g7 S
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia7 w, B% y/ d) l1 |" P0 H
7 [7 f" J1 [9 ?$ D" R+ E
First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low/ Q. |7 Q# p" t( A& C. ~* P
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.% _. ]1 O6 U7 q s
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
7 M% o3 G: d9 ~( M0 D6 t3 Z! oBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
: S; C6 m! w3 y1 ~1 o' J0 LSecondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living, [5 Z# l! V( J- p/ e. q0 H# Q( r
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel
0 A3 s' |* l6 i; Q1 ]* HThridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,3 C6 p/ {( Z" R* v! P6 `( l
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK. : V) P7 V0 m1 [' v, |% w
My ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house3 C. l3 J; D2 f% E& O( S4 f+ V8 E
1 \9 O! U6 I# B* \+ E+ xAll other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue! k/ k5 i4 _) a
In my ideal Hong Kong, the attitude are still the same, such as MK style. o1 v1 |- H0 s, R7 l+ u8 T" n

Lastly, I don't wanna see too many Chinese in Hong Kong, [3 L+ K* N2 p4 Y! ]8 v1 {
I see all Chinese as foreigner. I know Hong Kong is a Chinese city
