What government, world city are too unreal to me

I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
+ U6 q& X7 U( g% H3 fSo it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia/ h6 V8 r* T; s- l( ^9 h' i$ w) H' d
" _7 B9 \8 q/ Q5 A" g0 L' t/ gFirst of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
% b4 x0 i% _2 f: o: b$ A, SHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.1 e0 _1 Z# r# A% }' x; P
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
1 i! N$ l. o9 _8 ~* ZBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable7 x" Z9 F0 V3 Z* p
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living

1 `8 H7 d; q' x/ mThridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings, {& T( p" M$ w8 T+ d- z, f' l- ]
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK. : X) d: q @" }% K7 S
My ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house3 `2 P' f( g) k$ s+ ^4 H( G

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue

But in my ideal Hong Kong, Hong Kong must be the most population
