The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind& v5 J* |* l& Y0 v8 n
I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
0 A; [4 g% n; ~So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
0 W; \# m, |: H9 @# A5 X7 SHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.
5 Z2 U5 o1 ^/ {( Y: \My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
3 X0 n6 w& p6 Q* X/ T0 p6 aBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable6 [/ J/ k. X# M
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living

People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.

+ t) g& D- o+ ]& B! A0 k. u0 ~All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue

But in my ideal Hong Kong, Hong Kong must be the most population
