The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind
6 p" A# {& u O" w( w% x$ d; `I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese; g) z/ R, k5 J1 c( r5 J0 B4 N
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low7 i' R* w! t- p! U# D0 U
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.
+ x3 q5 i" F0 B$ XMy ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.. K9 o; `8 `* F: ?
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
" z" v& {- {4 ?' KSecondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living
/ E$ I0 N9 h( V7 Z C( l" ] b; R: ISo, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel

People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.

I see all Chinese as foreigner. I know Hong Kong is a Chinese city
