The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

What government, world city are too unreal to me* T" l# R1 S) f7 a3 O
Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind
+ v# L& n& _0 K3 S7 [0 C) mI have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
{+ Z7 r6 k) F" j2 R& |+ N0 nSo it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia$ D y/ H7 n9 K$ ]! O' W- H' g+ _- h+ i

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low: f% Z8 G0 l. k/ u
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan." a* H5 d- h6 u& o6 d' r( L7 k8 b
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
; m$ P# X1 b% _- t$ QBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
; Y& P4 k0 p8 R: e2 ASecondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living
+ G$ V$ O q3 [/ VSo, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel' U6 m5 O6 ]' C* X; c- e* r! d" V; g
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,: r- R2 Y4 m7 i( t! I& I
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.
% {$ W; v( U0 C/ EMy ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue
8 j- J; X' w6 O# DIn my ideal Hong Kong, the attitude are still the same, such as MK style.

I see all Chinese as foreigner. I know Hong Kong is a Chinese city U; ]6 b. v* S
But in my ideal Hong Kong, Hong Kong must be the most population
