The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

What government, world city are too unreal to me
$ z O- w5 ]) Y( x; ^9 HEveryone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind% w: M% i R, t# M9 K' K
I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
# E6 K/ h$ ?5 ^. K3 x4 l. tSo it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia9 Y2 ]- o/ H9 ^' c
3 ^$ `4 O7 E" lFirst of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
/ Y+ y4 d9 }" Y0 i9 m7 R, tHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.
! s0 \4 z V- l% IMy ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.3 i4 I( i+ T0 Q8 ^
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
/ Z4 z9 ?- C' d! QSecondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living6 ~# V) [- i$ B- `% y8 p7 d
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel7 J$ W# @8 [3 m3 E) y, x3 z! F
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,
( Z8 o% G( }3 |- E! c% RPeople are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK. # |# A# x9 `& j1 i+ q2 @* p
My ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue* v5 E6 V" L4 C1 M- f
In my ideal Hong Kong, the attitude are still the same, such as MK style.

I see all Chinese as foreigner. I know Hong Kong is a Chinese city
