The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

What government, world city are too unreal to me

I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese" ^5 D3 c% N5 t7 K
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.
) k0 N. a- Z' l. N$ tMy ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
! S7 O: n$ L( y3 W' ^9 M- X' YBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
1 l0 b' ^8 z- Z2 Z. ^Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living

I see all Chinese as foreigner. I know Hong Kong is a Chinese city
