You guys are looking at very academic factors

8 F" Q9 d+ n, WEveryone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind
! k' f4 _8 O) U5 {% aI have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese6 V) I* ?" ^; J& G1 N
So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia( I3 |: G" T5 M0 f5 I# f
: Y1 N l) @, V" W( _6 PFirst of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
: U3 ], e. D0 P NHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan. W) r. D7 B: s
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
! z' H4 B0 o) f; x+ O8 UBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable9 ]% n% D: g T& }+ H/ L8 r
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living. l- f* V7 ^2 @# @$ P* Y% h
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel5 W2 _: d' h6 `+ t
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings, i v! w1 t2 U5 O4 T* P
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.
