Mind your disturbance to people in public

I found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.
4 x5 h. w' C) _Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.; z, E1 e5 x- {3 ?" t
* G) ]! {8 f! n! t: x' Q9 Y
Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,: Z4 ^; [) H* m/ O+ @0 G
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.; S/ D3 E! a6 A- N* u
Therefore I here announce people:
