Promising young French midfielder Ricardo Faty has completed his move from Strasbourg to Roma.
The Italian club have announced that the 19-year-old has agreed a five-year contract at the Stadio Olimpico.
Faty, who has arrived for just over £250,000, successfully passed a medical at Villa Stuart on Monday before putting pen to paper.
The youngster will earn just over £1m a season before tax and Strasbourg will also net 10 per cent of any transfer fee which the Giallorossi may get for him in the future.
The two clubs have also agreed to set up a friendly between themselves before the end of August 2007.
