A few days ago, a person was recharging his cell  Z; q+ u  y4 M5 p  t
phone at home. Just at that time a call came and he, [1 {! m* D& C! N
answered it, with the instrument still connected to
% z: j( {5 H. G& B: Dthe outlet. After a few seconds electricity flowed# d1 G# k3 ?; k% m4 v
into the cell phone unrestrained, and the young man

His parents rushed to the room only to find him unconscious, with a" o6 K$ j8 y  T
weak heartbeat and burnt fingers. He was rushed to, Y9 a7 Z, Z/ ]
the nearby hospital, but was pronounced dead on arrival.

How about talking while using the charger in the car?  I do it all the time and so far I'm still alive.  Am I just lucky?

This couldn't be true.  You might have a chance of getting yourself burnt if a bad battery so happens to explode.  But there's no way you'd get an electric shock.  This is a just cellphone charger, how many volts do you think it outputs?   Where did you get this information from?
