for the preliminary interview:+ W+ Z: G; g& g& Z9 d

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......1 g# A: p* s; A% S1 [

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion( ?1 \& S/ }3 H6 C i
( L7 z! z" I4 f& S0 a5 Mall conducted in english3 Y! N( @- k# E) y+ s

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

& l1 E" {6 c1 Otopic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

/ j" }, k4 n$ x) W w! f3 [' Xthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
