for the preliminary interview:
. p% H( V" r! h- C9 I8 g1 ?- e5 s; _9 n. P7 C
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:& p& T; z0 u" k& ~
) N. S5 n# C' L% E
it's divided into 2 sections,( s) r0 o$ P7 W( v0 X
1 is impromptu talk! V" I* U& y" d" G1 n5 U
another is group discusion

; m# R" v3 y/ ~7 oall conducted in english3 |) h, M0 ?7 ]/ e7 R- u
6 b- ~$ N+ m) R* d8 Q
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 P: a3 l1 L0 Y
