) { d2 B0 o8 G! R& `$ k. s; l% uthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,+ f+ h/ J" x D4 K$ G# {0 a

all conducted in english% B8 z/ ]! A5 I0 X( f, S" I

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare9 g. I: `8 k8 F5 G, D' O

topic like "environment, biscuit...."+ L( @* M6 x7 b0 f# {( m
* \! b* n0 I+ d6 p! \2 }& tgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion* t4 u6 @- c4 r

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes
