for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......  \% A4 r- n7 @! C2 P0 T4 w) ], ]5 `

6 J( ~* I5 c5 Q- f  O8 b2 Q" vfor the extended interview:6 L8 ~6 m! E3 B* f4 C, }
- J) X1 _3 O9 x) y, w$ S
it's divided into 2 sections,
1 ~: G; {0 t8 j+ D6 m' {$ M1 is impromptu talk4 S# v) g- z- F' o- P# \
another is group discusion
; y% }/ ~3 h% @6 B2 S, N
  _' G5 N3 _6 `/ S, w2 @% X1 t- o! V8 eall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
: _) Y" f4 g$ z& }" e1 r) l* a' a: t4 S1 r. [# Z' z
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!! ^( y2 m6 A: M% v! C6 z2 \
