there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......" @+ S, d' y, T6 D. C& f  ~

1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: I+ u- F/ x1 s

topic like "environment, biscuit...."
; u1 H9 C/ }) U: L( k$ H' \+ n
; {5 ?+ p; T/ m8 |, tgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

/ i  X) j2 t# V' H% Athe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!+ A3 e6 G! i' t$ S
