for the preliminary interview:

4 B# c2 N3 t* k( ^- X5 H) Sthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,7 C; Y$ z) u* e1 a' a9 K
1 is impromptu talk
9 u4 I$ d) e* H7 p2 ?another is group discusion0 Q3 x9 j o( n
4 E0 h; ^) M8 j& P
all conducted in english& f! p' u+ l) q& j2 }
2 P+ q. B# q% himpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, D. j# f- `- H

1 E9 C4 D) i) E/ R: P9 V* f$ k* G1 xgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!6 ?' B; D9 S( U
