for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......- m: L# g3 ]9 j) G8 q8 k' T
, ^6 G1 t! I5 T; g- [4 g8 H
for the extended interview:8 r! V1 y; o- O) {8 w: L

6 ^) b: x* [" y, Ait's divided into 2 sections,
; j- D: A) e0 P# Z- @7 ^7 t/ l7 x1 is impromptu talk- X8 C$ h. _: n4 ]' w. v
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

9 g! o% j* b. {5 I- s) W( rimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare, q- o, e! u* H8 S/ z" S

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!6 v2 t+ Y- p; W, ^
