for the preliminary interview:

6 Y, D/ u( P$ j+ W2 P( Dthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,# E) a6 i1 m& i3 ~2 f' w- f
1 is impromptu talk
) |' y( I, a/ e) Lanother is group discusion

6 `2 J- W1 n! x" ball conducted in english/ h+ {% a" e, C& S8 u/ L( o/ x

# w" ~0 t2 X4 b! bimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare: [1 `  D/ t! x; o# ]" Z1 |2 r

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:% S) ^- N* Z6 }* }

( H5 z; w9 P5 a2 t& U$ R$ vthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!2 T0 e) g" \( p8 o6 @3 A
