for the preliminary interview: L# n/ {6 P) k' m Y/ P
/ K6 Y$ }$ ^* m1 f% mthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......% }4 H" d' [% T! J v7 z

for the extended interview:. T8 K% P* ?) y/ G3 J4 e
5 ?) O' G& P3 E- d- S
it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion6 J! e' \7 P8 K r& t! X) X' h
! A! _& x+ G7 a1 ?( r% Z/ c
all conducted in english

L4 G+ p! d9 q4 H) ^impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare& |& a) {+ k+ [4 k: `) `

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion6 K X( B, V$ J7 U ]3 J

for final interview:

- r% e) M1 m- P: Othe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
