there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... m7 O* t1 m) e* c% J

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,1 \) B3 n9 B4 x
1 is impromptu talk/ p" d* b0 l% V9 K* m! W
another is group discusion
/ [( P+ F/ x% [7 ~+ z" l4 B P" K1 G1 ^# q$ \9 M4 t/ M N! O
all conducted in english

& J! N* n* f0 K8 O# [impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare# a' B, v J& M- u% L- Q0 H

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

. f3 J2 Q$ ^2 U6 w8 j8 ^9 B0 Rthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
