" o- m7 }( Q0 P& \+ J6 Q, e/ @3 [4 }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,7 ^% b, p8 b1 X8 O Q' N
1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english8 u% n3 H: s* q: E3 m

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare" P9 Y, ~' O; ?/ V/ q

2 W/ T2 B/ Q1 Y% ~+ N% [group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion. ?# N' r" J: W, ]+ J
