for the preliminary interview:

another is group discusion

topic like "environment, biscuit...."3 h. e) ?5 c4 r' b7 u
% X' n5 F; m9 q/ xgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion \" e" z" N4 w4 P/ X2 ^# ~ P

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
