for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... G9 E0 ^# \$ r! T* x! V/ O

5 X0 r. |2 w7 R7 F1 z3 dfor the extended interview:

( P+ j! b. p- B2 p5 [  Rit's divided into 2 sections,
; u+ {% i, f% i/ d0 @: Z& Y1 is impromptu talk8 v! B' W4 b  M+ s, i7 u
another is group discusion

, i- a$ h. s( n0 Y5 @6 A+ Kall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; B. e/ ]" c' S" U8 n$ y% G1 _

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

0 E7 k" H+ W. X9 |$ N5 ~: Ythe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
