for the preliminary interview:

2 C2 R& @1 A/ n, {8 ?& n% Fthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:3 u4 i2 F( p9 S5 O; L4 j d0 z

it's divided into 2 sections,+ j! I$ A" j& E8 M, P! E
1 is impromptu talk
# U/ Y1 G8 I8 _+ h: K0 N! ^another is group discusion
) N6 R O N5 [8 v: z( Z2 l2 M7 o% W2 M
all conducted in english

+ u5 l# I3 l8 h0 `impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

! C, [* Y F+ }' ttopic like "environment, biscuit...."

& `5 I+ l7 e6 U0 u: f- H+ e0 O( [7 A) Qgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!% s2 O* T4 e/ r0 w
