for the preliminary interview:! M8 r! M* f, Z$ d, }

/ x! U+ o! @% J4 l$ K- L) Z1 `% athere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

" c/ J+ [* O7 Y+ s4 |5 jit's divided into 2 sections,
2 R: b% C! O! S( Y% ^. h# M$ f1 is impromptu talk; m2 p2 x, e) D+ {. [% B& m7 W/ o
another is group discusion2 `9 U6 b( o8 S; I2 r; N% t9 F+ \, K
) w' K0 c9 B, Y, ~4 u2 \
all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion* W7 V3 v9 D: W% G# n2 {  H2 B) O

for final interview:: j9 ]6 T$ G- F/ c

- C( G, A8 t4 H) [$ g2 e1 n4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes  f% Z- f3 j' v9 T8 {3 k7 i" O

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
