for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......" y- V- x1 x c! @% P

for the extended interview:: x* e* n9 ?) x1 T4 q/ t7 n" m, E

it's divided into 2 sections,& j: ~& l( [, W- W2 B% L
1 is impromptu talk9 `& H8 }, B6 X& G# |8 q J) U. A
another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

# f: B" F4 N3 Q' e* cgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
