for the preliminary interview:# ?3 a% I. W1 M/ Z7 ~# {1 Q

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......
& Z9 G  p( L# w+ x9 q8 A, q
- b# d- M+ u$ Lfor the extended interview:  H8 F( |- s: _  V% L

3 @5 ^8 N% G6 m, a  q& t3 git's divided into 2 sections,4 B. X3 i/ ^( ^# _7 r$ `. R' @
1 is impromptu talk6 ?% O& C& o8 ?9 z
another is group discusion
4 A& b& h; x: l! n! B
! N8 B1 z+ _  l7 a: h& t2 `& tall conducted in english
( V$ {* I3 M3 x5 D# \, r1 d6 D( i
* z$ D0 B9 ~2 Simpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare7 B5 h5 L5 a& b2 j3 W; a
4 ?+ z3 \+ s5 n: |" ?4 F
topic like "environment, biscuit...."! Z! A. I1 K4 h$ J( c; h% B

% F8 L- [  |$ zgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
