for the preliminary interview:- P# _& q; @1 s

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:

7 Z2 U% C# t: O. u% k- zit's divided into 2 sections,+ j) B. G# E* h$ z- N
1 is impromptu talk: ^* ?, L/ y9 S5 x
another is group discusion

; B* T& \2 M1 z1 B% F1 zall conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion' B; c4 Y+ g2 `/ n! Q4 F) `9 q

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes2 f2 r; R2 T0 U( {' c4 j
/ c5 f( G  x$ \, Y/ `
the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
