for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

8 K& h7 G% K: J) i6 T3 ?; T, Mit's divided into 2 sections,

+ N2 i( h# y! a. f6 K: Manother is group discusion

all conducted in english

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

D2 H4 a8 ~group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion* P# m4 c1 b8 Z* R; \" Z$ B
& j9 c0 x6 C& ]* d8 Z9 y
& w( v% F' l7 Pfor final interview:

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!& j% S/ h* Q! S0 d R$ n+ Z! T- [
