for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......2 m; q+ J5 c3 M" D

it's divided into 2 sections,

0 e1 w$ w- d( ? }6 ?1 Dimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare8 H, D- i! a9 ]. p0 l) k" I$ w

topic like "environment, biscuit....". f( ~6 m5 L0 h
3 s& y$ H) M2 C L3 y9 c# X/ Pgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
