for the preliminary interview:* C4 O6 l  p+ C/ c% f$ b
1 B+ R1 Z# L/ Q
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

) F( p9 e. N1 X5 afor the extended interview:
. T: Z, a4 M. U, F* k% ~% m# v' K6 ^1 M5 w4 @5 n7 A8 \
it's divided into 2 sections,
0 l  u- t4 g3 W1 K1 is impromptu talk5 c( U; K$ `+ D, g$ J+ F2 K& {+ z4 w# |
another is group discusion! F. p, |) Z- a* J0 H
' B1 W, S, o9 o! a6 q/ M
all conducted in english

) C; g$ h5 [! s; h* wimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit....": L! ?- ^9 Z4 X- b
( P$ j- m& h; Y; W. C
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
