there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... q. x, _7 ]% y* s

for the extended interview:

it's divided into 2 sections,1 H1 a8 l6 E* Q" r1 a- Y7 }
1 is impromptu talk# B6 E. O( @, B/ W; k, Q$ s2 ?
another is group discusion

all conducted in english

o; T, e {- r) Ximpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

k$ ]* d( x+ u; T: G5 }( Mgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; ]$ P( q# [1 m" ?1 f0 C/ c
