# A& G" ]& I; A' C- _; \4 X: Cthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ @ L( t8 u8 q) c

it's divided into 2 sections,

- Y& M1 ?5 T# W, n' g. Q# ^/ Lall conducted in english+ K7 f) S4 p. E- t2 a) a( K

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare7 b% K! L+ }' g$ Q6 u8 b4 |( U
" s2 K% E9 a/ F8 g) ^topic like "environment, biscuit....", M) A3 Q% p; R6 S: ]7 n5 Z3 L0 e; E
8 L: q: X4 N) Jgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 S# a5 U. \9 h' R
