. b& w5 w4 z" p: T% O3 vthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......# A7 e9 B2 _- |5 n& u

it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

4 @+ |: a, u0 \3 t& ^8 `2 D% rimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare' N5 _8 m- [) S5 ~+ A# Y S

topic like "environment, biscuit...."9 A0 ?% h% {# E4 S* @
6 }8 N5 I. |% Y* A3 K1 W6 mgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
