for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:( [+ k* W1 B* ~& s, Z
q( Z" z+ k* y/ j
it's divided into 2 sections,
! f2 R% L3 n0 |1 is impromptu talk
5 G, u! }8 R9 K; C" ganother is group discusion0 x& e" e1 z9 ?$ W# m# p0 A4 N
" Y( c+ G* H2 ~: K& Qall conducted in english, R$ B- w3 w# v. C8 ?5 p, v
7 C- u$ g$ X/ A( S
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

, K6 a9 W- p7 b" h: _ S+ G ^the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
