for the preliminary interview:
+ N- I7 g% K, X, B
5 e1 ^# R/ Q6 [  ]there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:
0 v- ~6 J( c. Y2 H- v" z# J- [/ x4 Z
it's divided into 2 sections,2 N+ k( @4 X1 [$ s& i' Q
1 is impromptu talk. J: N' j- q* B
another is group discusion; ^' O0 r4 p) |4 v( T' a
, z! y' {1 z! O* A2 c" s
all conducted in english9 L7 L: k0 G9 \& E" C. ?$ X

. ^: N6 p! n! ?' [' b% o) T/ K+ Pimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
