for the preliminary interview:

2 }6 B; ]# Q% }there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc....... t. N" z1 R* Y$ Y

: [! ~. ]. a7 o% ~: P! jit's divided into 2 sections,
, y: x7 @+ Y! G5 @1 is impromptu talk

all conducted in english& y, x* O8 F% T8 w8 J4 m, _0 l

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare. B4 l8 N2 O3 f+ T8 U, j

topic like "environment, biscuit...."

' e2 B- s: H( @group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion
