for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 y: o/ `+ ?7 B2 U9 f) C
% k% f" x+ ?5 D0 x% v( pfor the extended interview:- a) r5 y" c% P$ x4 m6 W
9 ^2 K2 m# h. r6 w5 @. q' E' iit's divided into 2 sections,- s, y9 s( z7 ^
1 is impromptu talk9 x Z" I: V I
another is group discusion$ y+ c% L0 v& [) ]0 n: m

all conducted in english

8 ^/ o; [; R; ?2 x9 M/ F1 U% @( Limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare* O U! l8 ] @0 ]. { p

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 A _, p8 m1 s( ~* W/ v
