there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 I6 T2 s! _0 y: n

% m! M- b" b: C  r3 e+ |. Xit's divided into 2 sections,+ M( ]) o3 \. h& @
1 is impromptu talk
- u- H, a9 c: n- y: p0 L3 banother is group discusion( D3 @' O) a5 U  f: H) B) j6 R. y* T
& o# G. d. }/ h
all conducted in english, C6 b, O- v& [6 D

% ^- k. v( }6 l) cimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

topic like "environment, biscuit...."5 `4 A0 }' j1 m* Y

& h  Q% _- y% p  P7 ^group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion; L! f7 ?, q2 p- |& H

for final interview:" l2 v# P) U# W

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes$ R$ f& m4 c5 a" `- ?# j+ J

$ }* ^( @( |9 Y2 M" k1 Nthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
