there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

for the extended interview:
* p1 R g; C. ?7 [1 U9 k0 g; Z/ Q9 P8 s; A, A; T* E8 j- u/ [
it's divided into 2 sections,+ [! o7 m A. z: ?9 x. y" K5 a
1 is impromptu talk
* A; z, c* T4 ?0 ~another is group discusion

all conducted in english/ A: R9 k$ R" D$ `5 L6 q, w

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

( y9 {2 L" ]# M$ o l7 N* Dgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

9 n1 n. F* l# Gthe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
