for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......8 S% `9 m5 e9 y7 D# H0 B

for the extended interview:

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare& l( J, J, E8 J. C; l

topic like "environment, biscuit...."9 n+ S3 E( \* T5 e N! ?

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion& m# c* R% ^0 L) w
) C- X2 q) B9 I; X0 l% W- w( r. W: K6 H. b6 h0 i G" F2 H
for final interview:3 `3 x4 J/ s# a# Q. }
# Z' y9 N2 V# }/ g. _1 L/ C
4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
