for the preliminary interview:

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......6 k( M2 a6 y' U+ J( p. O

for the extended interview:% `+ |8 S3 R6 P& k# p V c
3 Q8 N: @, t# ~* U4 h7 y
it's divided into 2 sections,+ m+ T b$ m# q% l/ m
1 is impromptu talk, I2 R5 l, z# Z. q
another is group discusion

all conducted in english2 A! m% E9 S- Y

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion( }!
