8 J& X" _; C0 \0 ~( ~, s' y4 [there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 B4 p5 R" t# y) N

for the extended interview:+ z0 v' d ~1 W+ N) E; I7 J

it's divided into 2 sections,2 l1 A$ l2 g4 ]. v, T
1 is impromptu talk! W# Z) y/ k3 Q# t8 C% [
another is group discusion( | } p. ], W b' |! K3 f
5 s, M$ r: ~/ D7 v$ Q9 A3 a
all conducted in english

2 w% b9 r; ?$ c; q% v7 J5 e+ simpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

4 H p3 z- I- _topic like "environment, biscuit...."- l6 S7 }' \1 s& n
% i! Q4 ^ M' `5 L' ]
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes' O2 D3 P8 |! @: j# ?0 W) g
: }, q/ B4 x. M0 r: M+ y+ l* ythe format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!4 ~4 [1 b# H! r2 ^" g% O: d
