for the preliminary interview:

3 E( C5 X8 a: r) `there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

+ P  n1 [8 w. i% n6 m8 Mfor the extended interview:+ \% Q. y* i9 u1 w- S  ]9 D& C

it's divided into 2 sections,
& N% g/ C4 s0 R2 l  {3 a* `1 is impromptu talk( O3 z6 O, S' P- n+ d  a" x/ a3 J
another is group discusion: }5 l# d5 q# s7 K! e# x
" V. j: n5 m) Q/ Z! f4 T& `
all conducted in english, k. B" t) I" D

4 |3 {# i. o5 L! d& |1 v+ ?. Vimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion( h/ K" P* i' m/ m0 d; O
* V+ }" S# D2 C, l0 D4 y

for final interview:

! r/ \2 ~8 U9 H& c% g6 a* B3 ~% }' `4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!/ m8 H; Y. O1 c5 |5 R
