there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......

it's divided into 2 sections,; [' ^% l$ t- j+ Z
1 is impromptu talk
0 E6 Q6 g* ?( v& ]another is group discusion

all conducted in english1 P3 U2 n+ A. g; N; i# \6 S5 B
" {* d q: ~. G2 u- I! M; ]9 vimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare4 G3 o( Y$ ~, k$ Q9 ~: A/ M- S
" H5 ~2 q& S; x6 i; Ltopic like "environment, biscuit...."

A8 z6 _group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion8 z7 X7 [9 w6 |$ [
