for the preliminary interview:

: f0 F2 {& N" \) Q- ^: othere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......0 d$ ^. it's divided into 2 sections,

another is group discusion

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare; Q* G) U. L# F0 }

topic like "environment, biscuit...."! u3 n8 o+ q5 P6 h2 w9 e5 F& ]

Z7 t! i5 N5 E! a5 igroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion6 F: i M' h1 ]1 W$ K

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
