for the preliminary interview:! u4 j$ r0 D" f0 {
) O' j' w8 ?! h/ f
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......, c! R6 o  h4 F% `: r# [$ H

5 s  v* w( i; s5 N; y2 K7 lfor the extended interview:
- T' U: ^9 ^# k( ^- B# j; n3 P! Y  o. s3 i
it's divided into 2 sections,/ H, F8 a# y: U
1 is impromptu talk( B5 w6 G7 j( n& L
another is group discusion" q9 U: C; ^: @' }' \$ ~5 l

. y8 D% Q9 u5 ^, f: Dall conducted in english
% d9 o- H. H- k# h8 O/ C+ c) k9 i. U7 H, Q! }  h
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare

Z2 lgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!
