for the preliminary interview:) Z) l: l8 D! r8 \* m) x! l

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......* z/ g. K- e/ l8 v

for the extended interview:) `. l" ~7 g6 R7 Y, x% I6 K5 ^

7 W' f$ Y- H/ Z0 M2 k$ git's divided into 2 sections,/ k: W/ u. n* `1 u
1 is impromptu talk
" {5 K3 }" b7 D$ L9 y0 Danother is group discusion. i4 i9 Y# L; [4 \( V3 Y. a% D

( N# V0 P, r! B/ }/ F, z( h( iall conducted in english
% X+ B3 s" y- N6 p* ]5 R# I- Z
; m* a/ X6 y* ]% ximpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare3 |: G4 d! m3 w8 V

& u% Y( C( p! v+ N
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion# l' k3 v, C; D, P$ Z4 E# i7 E" g9 C

for final interview:

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes' P# ~& f# \, y$ Y/ r3 ?

the format is just like prelim in, but of course, the requirement to pass is much higher and the questions r much trickier!! D/ c9 m2 ]& ~/ c, c6 _
