-Shevchenko (Chelsea) at 30M . ..
-Malouda (Chelsea) - 13.5M...
-Darren Bent (Tottenham) - 16.5M and spending alot time on the bence to hardly justify his worth in a club like this, even though he scored 8 goals.
-Bellamy (West Ham) - 7.5M for this already proven inconsistent player, who show ocassional flair, then a lot of missed chances, and injuries.
-David Nugent (Portsmouth) - 6M. weeks after buying him, the Harry Redknap was willing to sell him off , so ...
-Rolando Bianchi (Man City ) - £8.8M flop, then loaned to Lazio in January, and was sent off for 2 yellow cards in 5 minutes on his first game there.
-Robert Earnshaw (Derby) - Derby's club record fee of 3.5M, Derby relagated
-Mido (Middlesbrough) - 6M after Middlesbrough lost strikers Yakubu and Mark Viduka , scored 2 and nothing more till now.
-Younes Kaboul(Tottenham) - 7M but he can't defend, made a lot of denfensive errors to justify the price
as for anelka,he was the bad at Chelsea, but did well at bolton
Nani was bought as a future investment/probably replacement when there were rumors of ronaldo leaving that time, so can't really say if it will pay off yet though |
