How to remove " Search the web " toolbar

my PC screen always appear a " search the web " toolbar,
pls teach me how to remove it in free of charge.

I already tried No adware 6.0, but it is not succeeded.

Turn off "System Recovery" (系統復原) first, and then try again. I recommend you scan with the program "Ad Aware"

Under RUN command use "msconfig' to enter the configuration menu and try to find any unusual programs loading into your system memory.
