The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
, f& r  z, P) H, ASo it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
: {9 |& E7 l* z4 FHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.; N! G' O5 n% [% ~# K; o# G; W
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.) t- ~' ?8 w9 w
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable3 W% F8 C8 e6 \7 |1 P$ v2 c
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living, B& |9 C* i9 W5 Z- H' |5 F% N( t  ]
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel; e; S$ Q, C# E+ P2 k0 c( ?
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,# V+ s, U% i# ~* E
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK. " W% w" t, V9 E
My ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house7 }! k/ E3 p2 s% w

/ V- K8 C: _% `" o; P  [All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue7 ~, l! `$ w  ?
In my ideal Hong Kong, the attitude are still the same, such as MK style.

Lastly, I don't wanna see too many Chinese in Hong Kong

But in my ideal Hong Kong, Hong Kong must be the most population
