I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
9 o7 u* k2 P& _. C: Q$ _$ \2 \So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia, J' V  h8 T+ {2 w2 Z

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low5 r# {% Q0 B. _, t$ [+ ?' ]
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan., |& i: [! O, A; G
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
' R6 g" z/ S" h& d5 UBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable& B& I# X+ T3 Y' H- |- Y5 G
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living
+ L  A3 B/ d% ]. r6 J4 ^5 q6 l% VSo, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel
7 [+ l% a0 S1 ^  {, `5 pThridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,
: U) H7 ?% [8 bPeople are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue
