I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
  I" l  T2 M1 PSo it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low
( w' D7 W8 l* ]  ZHowever, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.
9 u+ i& m3 {4 _' Z7 U& [My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.0 N; ]$ ~" Z7 k8 S, R+ P6 f
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
! Z$ |5 t  O; K+ `: b* dSecondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living$ s  J! ^" A, s. m. y: L( S
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel
: X3 h. Q% L6 ~5 l* [9 j. ?Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,
$ g& Q. Z! |' b# u/ Q/ MPeople are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK. * C# @/ _7 {7 H1 h2 l+ H
My ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house( Y  o9 n& K2 @" x4 h! W4 o4 R# R% o
