The ideal Hong Kong can be very simply.

What government, world city are too unreal to me* ~( i9 I, r( K. L
Everyone got a different ideal Hong Kong in mind
5 _- I' e9 _4 P1 k' ^* V9 q* P0 zI have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
4 `7 `1 x# Z# B, z  j: HSo it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia# S: l. _3 @' R

3 A' N6 s, _2 |1 {9 q0 E  J# IFirst of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low2 _# X9 p# L5 p3 D7 i" z" ^& N
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.
* j  w6 [% s' z0 Z& z  r2 ~My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.- ?" k  N4 Q% i1 J, G( e$ B
But that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable
7 g7 {. q1 d/ S1 [, g6 wSecondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living& G0 c9 u& O3 _3 C$ `
So, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel$ @* s, r' p! g- ~! `9 J* U
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings," j8 p$ Q" C1 A7 K  e7 W( e
People are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK. ! ]( w- j0 `" ~( {
My ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue

But in my ideal Hong Kong, Hong Kong must be the most population
