What government, world city are too unreal to me

I have stayed in Australia for many years and my girlfriend is Japanese
, r! `) `% K; ?So it's hardly to avoid comparing Hong Kong, Japan and Australia" t7 |  t9 D9 X$ n( c; y" H$ ?& E

First of all, Hong Kong is famous for shopping, becuase the selling is extremely low( w, A3 w. z6 D: n& F
However, the style and quality are must worse than Japan.5 e! i$ [* k& S4 E
My ideal Hong Kong is keeping low selling price but improve quality and style of the goods and service. This is very very hard to achieve.
8 N% S' K! x" \8 E, T- oBut that is ok, we are just talking ideal. Ideal doesn't have to be achievable4 ~. `+ \1 C2 B$ n7 `0 n4 U
Secondly, the Salary are very high in Japan. High salary improve stardard of living
) q( b: h2 t- Z/ P( B/ S( L% WSo, people eat better, wear better, and even go for treavel" U! n; V" i" o. \
Thridly, Australia has huge area of land, hardly any to see buildings,
( L; O* i* v, E$ S' L6 lPeople are living a house. A house is hardly any to see in HK.
! h  M  S8 A% UMy ideal Hong Kong is more land, more house

All other thing between people, I respect this is unique Hong Kong cultue

Lastly, I don't wanna see too many Chinese in Hong Kong

But in my ideal Hong Kong, Hong Kong must be the most population
