0 H0 M: v8 \- i# }4 x1 K9 @- p5 OWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.8 V& b/ I9 {4 r3 _# o/ `+ E
) Y# f$ V b7 _5 P: e- H" iThe ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
