How about at the hospital? u; a; Y6 h9 Y8 x
- D% c8 D. i' d' d5 \ K; c7 |) DI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.

- n+ M$ {4 X) \$ V* m3 V3 h1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

# a2 D, T$ Z& o1 i: v2 r2 G* w0 _When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
