How about at the hospital?

& T6 @) D2 v: v1 k4 t4 TI touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.6 E1 q; d2 `- |5 f( W- k
! s6 `: H; v8 l9 m0 g6 R/ q3 d1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

; w% W. D! V; ]/ V |4 A1 XWhen I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.

The ones with accidents in the ER are really bad, but we're too busy trying to save him/her to pause and think. |
