I touch dead bodies all the time...cancer, surgerical, etc.5 h. I! k* \3 h$ ?
3 j; v. f1 e* v& C1/2 hr after dead, the body will lose the bounce and starting to feel like cold meat. It's kind of disgusting but after a while I am okay with it.

When I touch the deceased, I kept telling myself this is not a person anymore, the person is gone and this (the body) is just the shell. If I know the patient well, I would even quietly say goodbye to him/her before the nurses come and pack him/her up.# p2 X2 E7 T( B# z! ~
