I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..  z* B! Y5 p6 j( J* b  _7 v. d
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment0 A% j5 X; O5 u5 a( l' o6 ^, y
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
