I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..( X$ c6 G+ v$ F- N+ @  J
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment, w7 l% Y( C: ?0 k
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
