I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..2 d  |: E- ^8 d* ?- Z1 |0 E8 e
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment
& j$ U5 B1 X* u3 ]the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
