I guess, the problem is: when mechanics fix up the buses, they don't clean it completely..& v2 L, B  s) H6 `9 k+ ?# n: c
and as air-cond buses are in closed environment. h; H+ n% X8 R5 M1 R6 u
the smell from engine oil can't evaporate easily.
