. t8 j4 G8 G! _$ \) L( E  NBased on my knowledge, many of the above are true. Especially the following two,
3 e/ u8 Z' J" `- R) {/ ?8 }8 w1 f" l
1) BLADDER INFECTION? DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!!!   p7 I0 n* a6 y0 K
High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria.

! p; n4 G( H; k  O- O2) Fish has omega-3 fatty acids, and are known to be beneficial to us in various ways. The problem is that our body does not make omega-3 fatty acids, and we need to consume it from fish.
* ~5 t& d5 E3 u% U" m. }
& Z- @. b$ i+ ~5 EMany research had been done on omega-3 fatty acids. In Canada, biotechnology enabled scientists to incorporate omega-3 fatty acids in eggs. It is currently being sold at supermarkets here. As a result, consumers can obtain it from a non-fish source. More new products with omega-3 fatty acids are expected in the near future.

However, there's one thing that we should always keep in mind. % v+ @- `( u$ ?  v! g0 _: {

$ K" G" W7 a+ T. }" N& o' DA balance diet, and exercise regularly 7 N" M# m+ m/ V. K' X
! ]& h6 G1 O# d
Even though some of the above are beneficial to your health, if you overdo it, they might actually harm you.
* f7 _8 m( G! a$ n5 s8 t/ x9 w( ?, c) e- Q' e3 q
For example, vitamin E is good to you. But overdoing it might lead to Vitamin E poisoning. % f* m( n$ c7 a( G

Therefore, eat a balance diet (eat everything in moderate), and exercise regularly. These are the most important factors for good health.
