Step 1: Start Word 2000. : _$ e4 P) D2 z1 U5 u
Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
! \, @: {2 l1 m: e( P/ Q3 p0 |Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
+ I) V1 x; A$ h  V6 dStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.

        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About

Close the macro. Drag the new macro to the toolbar to create an icon
