Step 1: Start Word 2000.
: V; o8 c2 H# K) N  sStep 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic.
# a7 ^4 E0 ^' B" p) JStep 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
# P+ [2 `3 A2 q, L1 {Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
( I: k: I5 [* ?1 SStep 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection. 1 U$ Z9 [( D0 L& Z
        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About
) y8 R. e# f0 G" E4 I; U! c         Microsoft Visual Basic (About Microsoft Visual Basic will be in a editable text field)

type Blue (case-sensitive), then press [Space] two times. Go to "Help",

Start Word, press [Space] two times, then type any word. Press [Space]

Now, drag the macro you just created up to the toolbar.
