Step 1: Start Word 2000.
! h8 \7 W: k# u5 J: ]Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic. 6 F% T  Z' j, A& j/ P& S$ n3 U& o
Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
4 e; C  K( I3 gStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down. # r  n. \$ S  v6 p) h
Step 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection. " i' h# L/ D* z
        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About

Now, drag the macro you just created up to the toolbar.

   forward, the right mouse button to go forward, drag
