go to the scroll down menu 'Help' then 'About Microsoft

Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu.
) z0 Q" _( ~" X* b1 p- q9 M9 o4 rStep 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
