Step 1: Start Word 2000. ( p  G# I% u2 c
Step 2: Press Alt + F11 to start Microsoft Visual Basic. 5 O' X- j  z  b3 d( n
Step 3: RIGHT-click on the toolbar and select Customize from the menu. ' c& |& i! C- Z- R1 `9 k# y: L1 z% F
Step 4: Click the Help menu. The Help menu should now be dropped down.
8 _6 y; z9 v; KStep 5: RIGHT-click on the About Microsoft Visual Basic selection.
9 U6 ~8 O+ Z- l8 M        You will now be faced with a floating menu with the option Name: & About

Step 7: Close the Customize box (using the Close button).

Now, drag the macro you just created up to the toolbar.

   lower altitude.
