if you have someone to drive you to GO station at Kennedy and 407 or up to Town Centre Blvd... it may be faster....

( p2 G- N* [) Y1 b( T+ Zusually a friend of mine goes to GO station at Kennedy and 407 for GO Bus to York University....
& x- o# v/ m* M! Z* XYork Region has a new Bus route from Town Centre Blvd ( Warden and Hwy7) and goes  to York University as the last stop... i don't know the fare of that, because i used to drive myself to York University.....

1 a" R: }5 I/ h4 F8 m! @try to look for these method, it may be faster by a bit.... but i am a bit outdated, you better research it....# `" G! |4 z$ ^/ _& s6 R; g  E  ^

it shouldn't take you 2 hours to get to York..../ [- u' m8 {, V0 `8 y! D
I use the same way as you to get to York too
