剛剛學人有良好用電腦習慣, 用了幾個鐘向遠處望一下, 我對住window坐, 一望就望左落個太陽度, 隻眼有d痛, 我駛唔駛去急症室呢?

No for time being.....take a sleep...see if that is going to help.......I think it is just your eye can't accept a quick change from computer(dark) to the sun(very bright)

去睇個醫生囉...求個心安...

Put some eye-drops on (the soothing ones) and try to rest your eyes more in the next day or so. And DON'T RUB YOUR EYES WITH HANDS! If the pain persist after a couple of days, then you go see the eye doctor. (not the guys from your optical shop, they aren't pros), ]4 d* U3 N& |7 g; V- w

because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired.. 3 n: p' N. E& [# \2 d8 C
and then u stare at the sun..... whiuch everybody knows, the sun weakens ur eye...3 f, U) U$ @) _6 n4 ~4 }

note..:  my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......9 C& k5 R+ ^9 `& k. B, e$ g1 e

and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...; z# c) g3 g6 A* G

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired...
