剛剛學人有良好用電腦習慣, 用了幾個鐘向遠處望一下, 我對住window坐, 一望就望左落個太陽度, 隻眼有d痛, 我駛唔駛去急症室呢?

No for time being.....take a sleep...see if that is going to help.......I think it is just your eye can't accept a quick change from computer(dark) to the sun(very bright)

由於你之前已經睇左幾個鍾電腦...

去睇個醫生囉...求個心安...

Put some eye-drops on (the soothing ones) and try to rest your eyes more in the next day or so. And DON'T RUB YOUR EYES WITH HANDS! If the pain persist after a couple of days, then you go see the eye doctor. (not the guys from your optical shop, they aren't pros)5 M7 t) ~: s! s" X# {

because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired.. 7 L9 {1 r& `& z
and then u stare at the sun..... whiuch everybody knows, the sun weakens ur eye...% ~  ~+ B, U' K# b* c( J
therefore it cause ur eye to hurt...

but u MUST rest ur eyes... because if u don't... ur eyes will truely go blind....# B7 O' R! B% |; w

* e+ h  m7 p. n' Gnote..:  my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......

( f9 o  y/ }+ e& h' Y, B! S2 hand then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again...

i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired...
