剛剛學人有良好用電腦習慣, 用了幾個鐘向遠處望一下, 我對住window坐, 一望就望左落個太陽度, 隻眼有d痛, 我駛唔駛去急症室呢?

No for time being.....take a sleep...see if that is going to help.......I think it is just your eye can't accept a quick change from computer(dark) to the sun(very bright)

Put some eye-drops on (the soothing ones) and try to rest your eyes more in the next day or so. And DON'T RUB YOUR EYES WITH HANDS! If the pain persist after a couple of days, then you go see the eye doctor. (not the guys from your optical shop, they aren't pros)

the reason why ur eyes hurt is because ur eyes is very tired...

because u stared at the monitor for a long time., ur eyes get tired.. " A) n! Z; q; W& M2 _8 E
and then u stare at the sun..... whiuch everybody knows, the sun weakens ur eye...' `8 d0 Z7 T% y. @
therefore it cause ur eye to hurt.../ k8 ~% ~* f& b0 w- W. O7 G

note..:  my experiences.. when i was in high school. i had a lot of assignment that week... so i had not really sleep that much for that week......% G. Q+ R/ r6 m0 o: k3 |2 t

and then when i was in class.. well i did not litterally get blind.. but i could not se anything.. but after i closed my eyes for 5 minutes.. i can see again.../ J5 \' D  ~3 E

' C& X* K% `- v  ]i went to my doctor the other day..... he told me the same thing as above.....the eyes get too tired...
