When I travel Japan (same for France),

2 v; Q/ X$ I9 U* N8 E0 HBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,. u9 {; ^, C7 E' t3 Q9 v% G; ?6 X
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.
