When I travel Japan (same for France),
8 ?! X# z) R/ p: yI found that in the train, people avoid to LOOK others with curiorsity.( q' v( v& w) C
Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
