When I travel Japan (same for France),

, W: H8 Q, D) v) b# B5 u. JBecause their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

0 Q4 F( z, {# SHoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,
