When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.

  ?, T1 _! D, k9 M' `  h' n, THoweverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,! ~: h5 E" j9 ~, u
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.0 O5 @- ?" p! N* T

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION, ( x: I" O7 V1 @& N: C; I
