When I travel Japan (same for France),

Because their vision can DISTURB other people and it is very IMPOLITE to LOOK at other unknown passengers.6 |  Q: }- [+ a" s0 b

Howeverm I catch MTR/train in HongKong, people dont have this concept at all,. k6 f. P$ C2 [5 v2 b
and I found it very annoying, people just looking around on others.% t/ H/ m) S7 r& X* p. b/ ]. s1 n- T

MIND YOUR DISTURBANCE TO OTHER PEOPLE BY YOUR VISION,
