刪除失敗既原因多數都係個VIRUS己經LOAD左上去MEMORY行緊, 被咬住所以刪除唔到. 妳可以試�鴾J直接SEARCH個VIRUS FILE, 人手DELETE左去然後再REBOOT部電腦.

你都可以用VIRUS CHASER防毒軟件 (WWW.VIRUSCHASER.COM.HK). 佢DETECT到隻VIRUS即使係因為以上既情況DELETE唔到, 佢會記錄底. 妳下次再REBOOT部機時佢會係個VIRUS未LOAD上MEMORY前就DELETE左去.

我都中左 W32/Pate.b.worm Virus, 用 pc-cillin 都剷唔走它, 好似pc-cillin 都中埋毒。有幾個file 係 pc-cillin 不能用任何防毒方法, 但我又看唔到係邊個file有問題。

VIRUSCHASER scan 到, 但想修復檔案時就 hang 機, 點算好?

update your Norton Anti-Virus system, then restart your computer in safe mode(when start computer, press F 8), scand it again, then the virus can be removed.

已知中毒類型: Worm.P2P.SpyBot.gen [KAV], W32/Spybot-Fam [Sophos], W32/Spybot.worm.gen [McAfee], WORM_SPYBOT.GEN [Trend], Win32.Spybot.gen [CA]

清除步驟:
1.關掉系統還原

2.更新病毒定義檔

3.重新啟動電腦在安全模式下:
開機時狂按F8直到windows畫面

4.執行電腦掃毒(全部硬碟檔案).刪除那個找到的病毒檔(W32.Spybot.Worm)(並
且抄下那個
檔案的名字)

5.刪除該病毒在registry中寫下的機碼:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
在以上4個地方的"右邊"那一頁
找一下有關於那個病毒的檔案名稱的機碼,刪除掉它

6.刪除那個檔案大小0的檔案在"開始"資料夾中
搜尋電腦的系統碟，搜尋tftp*.*這個檔案(0 byte並刪除它)

7.重開機

u can ctrl+alt+del and find the process that is using the file... stop the process then delete the file..

if not... ctrl+alt+del... stop 'explorer.exe' process...(don't close the task manager)... go to 'file'->'run'->go into dos by 'cmd' command. and delete it manually from there... of corz.. to get ur explorer.exe... u go back to the task manager window and 'file'->'run'-> execute 'explorer' command
