夠既意思係指你會唔會俾得夠屋企, 又ok有能力買樓結婚, 同埋儲下錢以備不時之需咁

如果俾我既話講真都ok既, 但係好似都唔係好穩陣.....

以下係我既plan:" I3 P5 r. y- L3 E
home - $8000
self basic use (including entertainment) - $4000- K7 p# g( f2 `) \5 r
MPF - around $1000  e$ m  [0 V3 ^0 N
inverstment + insurance - $1000-$1500. u- ~/ v- X- G) h- r
Miscellaneous - around $2000 on average (travel & other purchases & TAX!!!)

NORMAL SAVINGS: $5000-6000 per month0 S$ J% m% v  b0 M
* L: U' l2 l$ I/ W% ~
AFTER 10 years, your savings: about $5500 x 12 x 10 = $ 660,000

如無意外會有六十六萬o係手.....唔計o的inverstment 同 insurance  w0 m) ~4 f& f4 n& S' b2 r

買層樓當好好地都要二百萬....
三成首期, 六十萬.....
裝修最少十萬啦.....

買得樓就可能係結婚跟住honeymoon 啦8 D' b& ]/ g" a  f; z! C: L% B

講真, 兩萬幾蚊一個月對於好多人黎講都好ok啦..... 但係如果想有個好d既生活都真係唔係咁容易......

If you have lived for long enough, you will know there are Always unexpected expenditure in life.! ]2 c/ y9 X, T
Your calculation is just on paper only.
( q+ f0 n" q6 Z0 Z, j% d" I2 g; e
Also, please add inflation factor too. 10 years later, $600000 may not enough for deposit.

Believe me, dont trust those words of you financial planner ~~~

Frankly speaking, 22 000 per month is definitely not enough.
At least, not enough to build up a family...4 J$ I+ V% J: M4 b
And you havent included this: you have to give some to your parents or whatever......

But the good thing is: you wont just simply put the money at the bank, you will invest , y/ r% b2 `' g+ `. c
so after 10 years I am sure that you will have more than this amount.

Actually, i dont think 22 000 is enough for marriage as well......you know the women ga lah....kaka

i included those unexpected items in "Misc" ga la, not spending exactly 2000 for those stuff, on average la, say perhaps u'll spend 20000 for medical treatment in one specific year, 20000 is then broken down into 12 months and count as spending abt 2000 each month lor..... HAHA~7 B4 Z( h6 i( @

im sure theres still some more unexpected expenditure.. but anyway.. if marriage is not included.. 22000 should be enough.. it is quite depends on wt personality u have, and how ambitous u r..

Don't count out any unexpected income or fortune that may come your way in the next 10 years as well, such as bonuses, a raise, money/assets that you inherit, lottery of some sort, assets that suddenly increase in value dramatically that you consider selling for some cash, etc. But realistically, $22000 per month is still respectable in hong kong, really above average, and with well-planned investments I'm sure you can live a decent life and manage a family.# K1 Z6 Y5 C5 W& z$ ~* Z( _

Your financial "dilemma" is one that many other hong kong people would rather have for their own.

Oh, actually, there are many other attractions and temptations e.g birthday gift to girl friend, meal expenses with girlfriend family, buy a car, open a small shop, other hobbies, medical expenses (yourself or your family) many many others. . . . . . . . . .
In addition, marriage expenses cost more than HK$200,000- already, e.g. honey moon x 2 people, taking wedding photo, banquet $100,000 = $5,000 per table x 20 tables, decoration of new house. Your HK$600,000 is far less to cover all these !!
