如果俾我既話講真都ok既, 但係好似都唔係好穩陣.....

以下係我既plan:

self basic use (including entertainment) - $4000

inverstment + insurance - $1000-$1500
( l' H/ v0 _7 L' `' {0 l& X" {) x: S9 ZMiscellaneous - around $2000 on average (travel & other purchases & TAX!!!)

5 i8 J* `! U' Z: R" b4 ?NORMAL SAVINGS: $5000-6000 per month$ K/ E3 a% B/ @

裝修最少十萬啦.....

之後仲要將供樓加埋入每月既支出.....

If you have lived for long enough, you will know there are Always unexpected expenditure in life., m! `; C6 c1 c+ A
Your calculation is just on paper only.+ G0 K4 X- h& a

1 `# i; J, i3 D3 SAlso, please add inflation factor too.  10 years later, $600000 may not enough for deposit.

Frankly speaking, 22 000 per month is definitely not enough.* R& u! E' \* s1 P% S# u
At least, not enough to build up a family...
+ F- l# t- ]6 v# ^+ ~0 s" J- QAnd you havent included this: you have to give some to your parents or whatever......- b/ @7 s' m" c
: s, J7 U; F+ p$ c' b6 l/ L
But the good thing is: you wont just simply put the money at the bank, you will invest
& d: ^+ x- e( }/ f& Q+ F4 Aso after 10 years I am sure that you will have more than this amount.- n' }4 B8 P& X# Y

( o6 w% L) I" g# u% A8 @/ y" ]Actually, i dont think 22 000 is enough for marriage as well......you know the women ga lah....kaka

H  g9 hi included those unexpected items in "Misc" ga la, not spending exactly 2000 for those stuff, on average la, say perhaps u'll spend 20000 for medical treatment in one specific year, 20000 is then broken down into 12 months and count as spending abt 2000 each month lor..... HAHA~

Don't count out any unexpected income or fortune that may come your way in the next 10 years as well, such as bonuses, a raise, money/assets that you inherit, lottery of some sort, assets that suddenly increase in value dramatically that you consider selling for some cash, etc. But realistically, $22000 per month is still respectable in hong kong, really above average, and with well-planned investments I'm sure you can live a decent life and manage a family.

Oh, actually, there are many other attractions and temptations e.g birthday gift to girl friend, meal expenses with girlfriend family, buy a car, open a small shop, other hobbies, medical expenses (yourself or your family) many many others. . . . . . . . . .  , n( x' ?) O( n. R
In addition, marriage expenses cost more than HK$200,000- already, e.g. honey moon x 2 people, taking wedding photo, banquet $100,000 = $5,000 per table x 20 tables, decoration of new house.  Your HK$600,000 is far less to cover all these !!5 ?% ?' z! p# L9 R, a2 J- _. g6 o
