Interesting post.
Well I just did a project on geography about improving living standard in LEDCs. + w; I. R7 r7 N4 w1 H; k/ K3 R: n- ]1 @
The most important factor that influences the living standard is the economy. As long as the economy of Hong Kong is healthy, people will have more money to spend, creating a multiplier effect, and the overall living condition will increase subsequently.

why HK people / HK city living standards are lower level than most European cities such as Sweden, Barcelona and London?
