想問如果入完 Window 碟（正版）之後，佢 restart 之後一直停留係 setup is regonize the hardware度（黑畫面）正常係藍畫面，咁我應該點做先 Format 到？

因為我等左成幾個鐘頭都係停左係果度

use another computer and create a boot up disk...

then you can go to dos with that boot up disk and format your c:
