It may be caused by many other codecs..

Most likely it is caused by DIVX codec and conflicted with Direct X driver

Uninstall the DivX and Xdiv first
reboot to see the same video again
then reinstall the DivX

If problem exists, you should know what had been installed after you saw
the color changed video

By the way, Try at your own risk
