for the preliminary interview: v( w4 p* o& c- b6 }$ W) g) [0 r+ N+ c* O
there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......7 Z* i+ }4 R; O( i$ N 5 m8 t% g4 C" Z D G6 j& _
for the extended interview: 2 z) o3 ]- b( r/ _8 s5 d1 z5 s. S+ L% X
it's divided into 2 sections, 8 F9 \& s( j8 ~. d6 }. _ ~1 is impromptu talk / V4 X6 T1 n& z8 Oanother is group discusion 2 Y0 L! m, R) x9 e6 j2 o % V3 }, r- |; M; s, R, m) y3 U. Mall conducted in english# h+ S: D$ p) V

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare1 O, v; g: X0 o7 Y

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion5 M: }9 F" n3 P& U, ^
