for the preliminary interview: 0 c# k0 B9 q @6 w" E2 a ; b# A: a$ z' gthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......$ x: Z7 u5 s7 R4 I! |/ ^ 7 W" a( S. _* }8 w/ S" U& ~
for the extended interview:( ^8 @% k- T- T: F
- S1 c! g: G% s: r9 g9 _it's divided into 2 sections, p5 m" c( b9 | ]3 Y2 V1 F7 P1 is impromptu talk" D, o7 D" }7 ~+ O- D
another is group discusion . I% X/ n* p1 }0 U3 @- e 2 x: o. [( y. j2 s' jall conducted in english g9 S- }( i. p& N, }) B
* `4 W% I3 D' ]; k4 B# x$ X7 @6 X# k; ^impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare/ k' x/ p5 [ d

topic like "environment, biscuit...."/ v! }; u! o2 d' p& h

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion3 ^0 Z4 y, F z% ?+ f
