for the preliminary interview:5 P _3 @7 f* [: r' K
& k! ?* A# V$ T0 {there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......( n8 |+ r! X' N$ k2 d " ]: T% y) }! N$ w5 X
for the extended interview:- i0 ~1 j: X" `1 u0 t; U
& b" p) f6 Q" r" m! a
it's divided into 2 sections, 6 ]9 P9 X; L, q+ u# _1 is impromptu talk 8 s, [2 `/ f* i3 f* Canother is group discusion/ o+ K) _6 s8 D0 T+ Z* s; {
. M% s- F& W3 Jall conducted in english 2 i& J$ M3 M6 O# U6 [; _2 m" ?) e1 K1 f/ y) ]" `4 I# }
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare- c6 m7 l C! T; B& u0 a6 ^3 x

, P+ u# b( G8 |; Ogroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ V% j* A, c; w, d& E9 c
