for the preliminary interview:% v7 o+ S/ Z4 B8 o9 r: s$ h

there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... 4 Y7 S, \ L( C; p! W ; x( G# ?3 F$ c1 r8 h& {for the extended interview:# s/ r" \0 r& \8 \/ {' ?7 Q1 @
+ g* I3 w+ c) S& m) I1 z) W3 J
it's divided into 2 sections,$ W9 {; F2 G8 t: k* M1 Q
1 is impromptu talk2 r n5 t) ?- w7 i! _
another is group discusion1 J- B/ I* w$ m( g& l) p6 e
) D8 A: g) G: f: x4 u# Nall conducted in english4 R. L: M* k& \% s

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare " C* u3 w3 g4 j- z. A" _) z' U7 a; B
topic like "environment, biscuit...."7 L. Y5 ~- ]$ ?6 |

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion / b3 ? M& u9 R) N, w1 g+ N9 b: y9 a& B% L; Z( D 0 l9 }1 a6 C! zfor final interview: , N2 j. Q ]0 `$ U 9 r5 ^) o) ^8 M4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes" q% l2 D" r$ l. J1 h
