for the preliminary interview: , {) V8 H( o7 S& T+ K. i) S5 f 8 B4 V B2 T G0 |6 bthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... + P1 B: U A, k5 o7 z; n" z! j. f2 R1 Y7 x
for the extended interview: $ U& x1 ?! ?3 }* x! ~+ \7 Y* x+ e* f
it's divided into 2 sections,$ m0 ~3 J2 s0 Z4 [
1 is impromptu talk 7 j% W5 Z8 J5 O! M; c0 i v: N8 Aanother is group discusion. H; n: c5 Y G k
$ L5 M( t# w3 U0 H3 i! j$ Kall conducted in english 4 h8 Y+ W7 L, t: D5 L0 k! |' w7 e; h# }) ]
impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare# m# J2 H1 W3 n/ j4 Z

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion/ |; {' k% ?2 {( I, p f2 k
