there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... / r7 v! E9 u6 F8 w8 A' A2 l; B

it's divided into 2 sections, 9 Y0 {; X, U, p0 a6 _1 is impromptu talk8 } q, J4 e" x* b

impromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare ( W F5 N8 Y# P1 m- U5 h+ U# C+ z/ p% l% A/ Y5 P
topic like "environment, biscuit...." 7 l: v( F4 G- U- t - t2 C6 |9 d" ygroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion 0 I: U5 }( }1 t+ m: |3 D3 b) W; E( z+ s1 B& M& D; l .
