there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......+ P- L3 B6 D) Z8 v' S! V6 }4 f9 | * q( A/ [5 L3 C! ?3 L( t
for the extended interview: & Y$ s) d5 z) p) H4 T3 j7 W, o+ V$ _( n
it's divided into 2 sections, , X0 _ I- C7 H# V/ w4 a1 ]; j1 is impromptu talk 9 t7 N. C$ S7 H+ {" L3 d" Nanother is group discusion F3 s) j0 n' ~

all conducted in english" F$ a" m" s1 M F" m8 A* g7 `5 x
, F: N2 K( {0 S9 Vimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare - s# k4 q, l4 T2 ^! o# O# o5 h , f# t/ D/ r& v* M! a/ ^$ r5 |+ y# Itopic like "environment, biscuit...." * x r! ]! i( G; v: _. T. H% D 7 R2 F9 F! [9 b4 F+ J' Q4 Vgroup discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion" s# C y$ Q" D% [4 b/ r" m8 Q
