for the preliminary interview: * D( R! J# x/ e9 G* O / n" Q/ f& G! lthere will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc...... for the extended interview:+ Z, O& |$ v8 q0 Y" m
9 M3 y2 T9 O& Y( e# q" Z$ ait's divided into 2 sections,0 S9 [' d2 [6 k8 |. |3 S) {# \
1 is impromptu talk+ w0 i/ S' r2 S- S: [0 y( e4 c
another is group discusion0 k/ q! D9 r) ?' a! M/ A4 O# T& j
2 C; R+ ?, `1 Y8 E! aall conducted in english - ^0 U( x' [7 b a0 O $ }, p q& h% N/ O5 @) P6 y# fimpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare 9 L- N7 I! S6 {& l8 v$ [6 s8 w2 |& y( U. w% T& z( M+ c
topic like "environment, biscuit...."' |0 j- @& K' K5 r5 H

group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion0 k0 j* `/ W7 i3 ?8 v
