there will be 3 ppl sitting in front of you, (just like a board interview) asking u question relating to current affairs, the government, the immigration department and the reasons why u want to join, and how capable you r to take up that position etc......- n6 ]6 ^6 u( i6 D" P% v# u . i3 O; G3 r; q* w$ jfor the extended interview: 7 B1 a1 w6 @* h2 j . F c7 W5 m' u" W3 Kit's divided into 2 sections, 2 T* E: |& S9 [' C2 q; h/ g: Y1 is impromptu talk & O" o6 Q! w; v$ M Janother is group discusion & }, [4 _/ w+ _5 D' h& l$ j Z; @2 Y9 q3 g' {
all conducted in english# j# C( [8 [6 t I0 b. D
! u) f1 w' g4 m& H' [. limpromptu talk requires u to talk on a particular "word" or "picture" which is randomly choosed for 3 minutes with only a few seconds to prepare + c+ B. L. Z% S% F9 b. y, K& ]% B$ ~ ^& n* \$ x+ e
topic like "environment, biscuit...." 2 ] q1 ?) H) E7 l H$ s/ O# k- C9 g- N( p
group discusion is just like a normal way of discusion, each candidate has a chance to speak for 1-2 minutes, and after the 1st round, those volunteered candidates can talk for some more times to supplement their points or to refute other ppl's point without coming up with a conclusion - S- m& v& ~4 n# v. w" P; ^1 ?1 q) C& n; d/ m* B * _4 R1 B$ y! ~1 V9 Z0 v- _ Nfor final interview:" I% j* Z3 Y& U% D3 s9 `% J% t

4 ppl sitting in front of you, 1 is secretary only for dropping minutes % c' Y$ E& U% @8 N1 p' R. ` 3 S6 R! [!
