1/Go C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
2/Find the video file from there. ( Sometime it will called mov[1] or somethingelse, you can check the time n the size of that file that always in larger size. But remember it may not in .flv format!!! It can be something else!!! )
3/Copy n paste the file to whereever you want n rename it in .flv.
