想有得選擇啫！
老實講，依家個功能已經夠用，如果唔係 security patch，其實唔多想要，始終新野較大機會有bug ，或者撞其他 add-in ...

你可以叫佢唔自動更新架

工具 > 選項 > 進階 > 更新
