Is there any software can combine several mpeg into 1 file?

If the mpeg can combine into 1....
can i add a screenshoot.......bw every mpeg?
such as.........
add part1 at the beginning of 1st mpeg........
then add part2 bw 1st mpeg and 2nd mpeg........
can i?
