為什麼我不能安裝window life messanger???佢要我裝個 WL Installer 3.1, 這是什麼???應點解決???

Start menu > Run > type Services.msc
Check the table if the Windows Installer is disable
Check the Windows Live Setup Service is disable
If any of them is disable, double-click it and set it to Automatic~
