一如所料, 本季聯賽, 聯賽盃及歐聯亞軍車路士決定炒領隊格蘭, 結束佢只有 8 個月既執教生涯, 即時生效. 現年 53 歲既格蘭係油王班主艾巴莫域治既好朋友, 曾擔任以色列國家隊主教練, 於摩連奴離隊後走馬上任. 期間佢既戰術, 排陣, 用人等方面均備受批評和爭議. 傳列卡特, 艾歷臣, 白賴仁勞特立同文仙尼都有可能係下任領隊人選.

Grant sacked as Chelsea manager  

Chelsea have sacked manager Avram Grant after just eight months in charge.

The decision followed two days of talks between Grant, 53, and the club's chief executive Peter Kenyon.

The Israeli coach's position had been subject to intense speculation after Chelsea finished runners-up in the Premier League and Champions League.

Chelsea said in a statement on their website that the search for a new coach would now begin and that the club will make no further comment.

The statement said: "Chelsea Football Club can confirm that Avram Grant has had his contract as manager terminated today. This follows meetings over the last two days.

"Everybody at Chelsea FC would like to thank Avram for his contribution since taking over as manager last September.

"We will now be concentrating all our efforts on identifying a new manager for Chelsea and there will be no further comment until that appointment is made."

The futures of Chelsea assistants Steve Clarke and Henk Ten Cate are unclear and no official word has yet been given on their positions.

Grant, a close friend of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, took over when Jose Mourinho was sacked in September.

Frank Rijkaard, Sven-Goran Eriksson and, most recently, Brian Laudrup and Roberto Mancini have all been linked with a possible move to Chelsea.

Despite losing just two Premier League games while in charge, Grant attracted criticism from fans who claimed his team lacked style.

He was also criticised for losing February's League Cup final against Tottenham.

Grant joined Chelsea last summer from Portsmouth as director of football, a decision which apparently did not please Mourinho.

Mourinho was later dismissed after their 1-1 draw with Rosenborg at Stamford Bridge in their opening Champions League game.

Grant, who had never managed a club in England, was asked to take over and later given a four-year contract.

Both Kenyon and chairman Bruce Buck paved the way for change by insisting that Chelsea's performance this season was simply "not good enough".

Buck said: "We have very high expectations at Chelsea and a couple of second place finishes is just not good enough for us.

"So although we never would have thought in September when Jose Mourinho left that we would be able to make it into a Champions League final as we did - and that is fantastic - Chelsea are here to win trophies.

"So although it was an excellent season, we are still disappointed."

A series of filter-004ions finally resolved Grant's future and it is understood the Israeli said his farewells to the players on Friday - telling them it had been a 'privilege' to manage the team.

雖然成日話佢唔夠摩連奴好,但佢能夠帶領僅8個月既車仔入歐聯決賽,而0係決賽上既表現亦有目共睹,只能講句佢唔夠名氣,所以要炒佢,有d可惜

all I saw is he put Anelka to play winger and put him on at the last minute...
if he just put him on for shooting penalty, I'd rather he put Shevchenko, at least he has played a lot of big matches....

其實我覺得格蘭唔係甘差!
好多人話係班球員本身既鬥心所以季尾打得好!
但係唔係真係呢??
鬥心可以助發揮......但整體打法.....最後歐聯嗰場.....車路士有幾時踼過甘好既一場??
摩連奴教嗰時返而我睇唔到甘悅目既足球,係各人打自己波(好似波歷克甘,記憶之中係近期先有甘高水準打到出黎!)
當然,從球會角度.....打法唔鮮明但贏一比零係緊要啲!
不過,的確係未見過格蘭有乜神來之筆既換人就真......

佢換人係差啲...但佢嗰時換係換啲人射十二碼同响中前場拖住個波
相比之下...用舒夫真高就唔係甘明智!
第一,舒夫真高係放响最前做一把尖刀,嗰時放佢落去,目的唔岩!
第二,對上一次响歐聯要射十二碼分勝負,舒夫真高响利記捧盃嗰年射失十二碼......唔係個領隊可以唔諗埋哩個數據落去!

格蘭係未夠班去教一隊諗著贏冠軍既球隊...淨係調動能力我諗大家都心中有數....車仔要炒佢都無可厚非...不過佢又真係幾慘...話哂都叫教到成績出唻....好似有d過橋抽板既感覺~

首先我唔覺得佢慘, 佢應該預左有今日,
因為佢上任第一日, 應該已經知道呢份可能係世上最難做既領隊...
佢亦應該好清楚, 無聯賽或歐聯冠軍係手係難逃一炒...

第二, 我覺得佢並不是如此垃圾, 至於一d爭議性既調動,
其實好多領隊也有出現, 包括被車迷神化既摩連奴, (例如上半場發火換晒3個後備)
不過格蘭樣衰兼低調, 天生不受歡迎, 自然唔可以有摩生, 放臭屁也清新的能力....

我覺得佢最大既問題, 係佢個人, 因為無名氣, 也無輝煌戰績在手,
要駕馭車仔一班天皇巨星, 佢根本做唔到,

泰利, 杜奧巴, 安歷卡等等當佢無到已經可見一班,
佢完全等於04/05教皇馬既基羅斯, case 完全一樣....

唔係03/04嗎??

佢上任果時, 應該一早預料自己唔會教得耐...
佢都有自知知明, 最遲季尾就走...
佢教到入歐聯決賽, 佢都應該感到幸運...
佢唔係太衰...但如樓上各人所說...佢係冇能力教一級球隊, 手握大牌球星ge教練...

Agree completely.  One major reason for his sacking is that he doesn't have a high profile like Hiddink, Rikjaard, etc - a lot of people felt he's only keeping the manager's seat warm until Abramovich hires the manager that he really wants.  But another is finishing 2nd in the Carling Cup, Premier League and then Champions League (big difference between winning and not winning a trophy, especially in one of the Big 4 clubs).

Except for the above though, he's done a pretty good job considering he didn't expect to be the manager at the start of the season and had to take over so suddenly.  He should easily get a job at a club that wants a 實而不華 style.

香港球迷質疑佢既領軍能力, 最叻話佢唔識調動, 但睇番佢交出黎既成績又幾有趣..

聯賽執教32場, 22勝8和2負 共得74分,
而本季最佳領隊費格遜同期打果32場, 係24勝4和4負 共得76分,

所謂有問題既格蘭同冠軍領隊既分野只係2分,
若果唔係煞科日, 車仔球員得知曼聯2比0贏緊而無心戀戰,
格蘭所得既分數會同費sir一樣!!

若球迷指控係成立既, 真係不敢想像, 格蘭稍為識調動會點...
