香港法例有等如無.

毆打係刑事,警方竟然不採取檢控行動.

對打人者只作出警告了事.. d! f  P9 r5 m5 W, _

差人涉嫌包庇打人者.: h# i& t4 ]' O

請問d「死差佬」,幾時修改左法例,毆打可以警告了事.

have u studied law or anything related to legal studies?
do you know what is called an "assault" or "battery"?
are you the witness of the incident?
if not i prefer you stop commenting on this issue..
and better not using words like "阿伯打人係事實" and "毆打".
otherwise, you could be charged as "defamation"

it's your choice to get yourself into trouble or not.* t K# D n; L6 w. @& l
btw, im not sure if "publishing" or "spreading" "false statement" is against law or not..
just becareful even if the words arent your own words..

唔係既話唔通拉個啊伯返去告佢傷人......但係都要驗到有傷先得
如果驗唔到有傷,甘去到警米都係警告...浪費曬3方面既時間' Q8 ^5 V' q& I0 z7 ]
以上係由阿伯係錯曬...既方向所說
我反而認為此事係一件雙方道一句歉就可以解決既事
該警員的處理手法絕對洽當3 J; N* I6 B: l3 A7 R
請恕我直言...該女子有點......那個...........無x取x
由佢將依段好明顯係佢自拍既片段放上youtube,仲要改個甘既標題就知道
