my PC screen always appear a " search the web " toolbar,
pls teach me how to remove it in free of charge.

Turn off "System Recovery" (系統復原) first, and then try again. I recommend you scan with the program "Ad Aware"
Under RUN command use "msconfig' to enter the configuration menu and try to find any unusual programs loading into your system memory.
I would like to show you how to remove it from the registry, but it’s kind of a weird procedure and I do not recommend an attempt if you don’t' know what you are doing.
