我琴日陸運會跑10x2000m6 ?# r" I, t* O: }! j5 O
我跑第二棒~我接棒ga時侯係第三位(有六線),,,我飛咁快過左前面個兩個,,係司令台前仲大叫左一聲,,,交棒個時仲甩開最近個個30m左右~~~9 ?/ j( a+ O0 {! G% K7 \
( d- k3 }9 B* t$ L
p.s我一直唔知我跑步咁快' e" B, t3 w3 {1 A
p.s(2)因為10x2000m係新開ga公開項目,,,我F.3同dF.6跑~~/ P F* P+ M% ?9 s7 ]; v# U4 G

最後我地拎左小組第一,,總成績第3^^

層經同一個一直都唔紅而家仲消失埋既女歌星做過一段時間密友......(都唔算太密......只係傾下電話同食飯.......)

em.. I lead for my church soccer team...
that's the team lose 3 matches per 6 seasons... (of cos.. all of them were friendly) and about 8 or 9 matches per year...
is that ok?!; L4 B4 e4 e1 K o
and the biggest win was 15-2.

Last 20-or-so seconds in the second half of a game. My team down by one point, and our offensive play was broken. I caught the ball near the left elbow, faked right and drove left pass my defender. Two shot blockers collapsed towards me. I got to the baseline and shot a fall-away jumper over them. It was a rainbow that caught nothing but net.

We won by one. My coach still yelled at me for taking the silly shot. (If I beat one guy and 2 guys are coming at me, there has to be an open teammate.) I was like, "man your play was broken, and i didn't know how much time was left on the clock."

another thing I forget to say last time, I mention in other post before,
once upon a time, I scored 4 goals in a games...., I: P9 m' ^( y0 g" r

and 2 of the goals were world class goal, I couldn't believe my eyes when I scored that 2 goals, NO GK in this world could stop that 2 goals......" N8 v- r6 s: P& A0 b7 A8 R

and couldn't believe my legs.....

(it was the first yr i played basketball as well, i guess they only wanted a guy with sportmanship, not best skills)(haha)

不過好番幾個禮拜, 坐friend車, Boom..抄...再乖養咗九個月(back)(腰)/ o" g7 |! s# x- X. a* J2 {
好番...then...發現"指公"(right thumb)俾Airbag打傷jor...再乖養咗1 yr...3 L, M* R- D  A# i8 i$ P3 p
(haha...)then left thumb got injured in a softball injury...so 我係一個冇"指公"的男人. y6 {+ \8 r) r( c) g3 n5 `* P$ j* r7 B
