我琴日陸運會跑10x2000m
我跑第二棒~我接棒ga時侯係第三位(有六線),,,我飛咁快過左前面個兩個,,係司令台前仲大叫左一聲,,,交棒個時仲甩開最近個個30m左右~~~

p.s我一直唔知我跑步咁快5 }4 \0 M& x A# |5 [ _
p.s(2)因為10x2000m係新開ga公開項目,,,我F.3同dF.6跑~~

最後我地拎左小組第一,,總成績第3^^

em.. I lead for my church soccer team... 7 j! S$ D* a; i3 k. z2 d2 d4 H
that's the team lose 3 matches per 6 seasons... (of cos.. all of them were friendly) and about 8 or 9 matches per year.../ ^6 K1 v5 g' ]1 h- S- o y* V
is that ok?!
and the biggest win was 15-2.

即係入到開心都應該,不過真係唔算點威,實在太多人做到,太普通....

was playing in a basketball league.

Last 20-or-so seconds in the second half of a game. My team down by one point, and our offensive play was broken. I caught the ball near the left elbow, faked right and drove left pass my defender. Two shot blockers collapsed towards me. I got to the baseline and shot a fall-away jumper over them. It was a rainbow that caught nothing but net.- x- }9 C% d+ B3 `; U
& X1 \% q% B# U1 p8 n6 d) X* x
We won by one. My coach still yelled at me for taking the silly shot. (If I beat one guy and 2 guys are coming at me, there has to be an open teammate.) I was like, "man your play was broken, and i didn't know how much time was left on the clock."

another thing I forget to say last time, I mention in other post before, 2 H8 F3 T7 e; o8 I
once upon a time, I scored 4 goals in a games....4 E, m/ U# z" e2 A3 U" a

and 2 of the goals were world class goal, I couldn't believe my eyes when I scored that 2 goals, NO GK in this world could stop that 2 goals......
I was totally shocked.... R. I+ B3 Z( ^" Q3 E# G0 w
and couldn't believe my legs.....

i was the captain of our basketball team
(it was the first yr i played basketball as well, i guess they only wanted a guy with sportmanship, not best skills)(haha)

*we lost the most important game...becoz i picked up 3 fouls in the first 3 mins of the first quarter...coach said he'll give mei his pair of jordan's if i didn't get foul out...but i picked up my 5th foul in the 3rd quarter...sigh...didn't make it to the playoffs! i4 |, I5 y6 h- @* ]5 q( y/ Z
+ D* ?- M& o3 ^% F! Y9 x
*then i started doing baseball/softball (guess you guys are not interested...so i'll skip)

- wrote my first and only musical play in 2001 for a teens conference
- coaching my church softball team and taught HongKong friends to play softball
  (they even like it and come back for more this yr...it's hard....)
- got the best GF in the world...we've been together for 4.5 yrs...
- thank God for the gr8est family in the world

不過好番幾個禮拜, 坐friend車, Boom..抄...再乖養咗九個月(back)(腰)
好番...then...發現"指公"(right thumb)俾Airbag打傷jor...再乖養咗1 yr...
(haha...)then left thumb got injured in a softball injury...so 我係一個冇"指公"的男人
依家等緊做手術 (期代重出江湖的一日). t; B8 J/ d6 m% ], E5 k7 G
