我琴日陸運會跑10x2000m
我跑第二棒~我接棒ga時侯係第三位(有六線),,,我飛咁快過左前面個兩個,,係司令台前仲大叫左一聲,,,交棒個時仲甩開最近個個30m左右~~~ f+ n* ~2 o( l+ `! d9 f# ]

p.s我一直唔知我跑步咁快3 `8 i2 \0 e4 r; D" e, {% W+ C
p.s(2)因為10x2000m係新開ga公開項目,,,我F.3同dF.6跑~~

最後我地拎左小組第一,,總成績第3^^

層經同一個一直都唔紅而家仲消失埋既女歌星做過一段時間密友......(都唔算太密......只係傾下電話同食飯.......)

em.. I lead for my church soccer team...
that's the team lose 3 matches per 6 seasons... (of cos.. all of them were friendly) and about 8 or 9 matches per year...) f' w9 e: Y3 ?/ U" l9 @" ^8 l
is that ok?!
and the biggest win was 15-2.

Two shot blockers collapsed towards me. I got to the baseline and shot a fall-away jumper over them. It was a rainbow that caught nothing but net., O0 U! x, b, f1 B: Z* ?

We won by one. My coach still yelled at me for taking the silly shot. (If I beat one guy and 2 guys are coming at me, there has to be an open teammate.) I was like, "man your play was broken, and i didn't know how much time was left on the clock."

another thing I forget to say last time, I mention in other post before,
once upon a time, I scored 4 goals in a games....

and 2 of the goals were world class goal, I couldn't believe my eyes when I scored that 2 goals, NO GK in this world could stop that 2 goals......4 v$ k4 h/ R% A4 T; w5 `3 d* \! Y

其實平凡是福.........後來到了小學五年班我又做過風頭躉，又如何？只不過考過全級第一名又被幾個女仔中意，so? 現在又是一樣平凡.........平凡無趣的留學生！

when i was in junior high school
i was the captain of our basketball team
(it was the first yr i played basketball as well, i guess they only wanted a guy with sportmanship, not best skills)(haha)

shoot 91% at the freethrow line
100% at the 3pt line (haha, 4 out of 4 for the whole season)
averaging 7.3 pts per game
         9.0 rpg, y, B$ o% }7 w1 z: d

*we lost the most important game...becoz i picked up 3 fouls in the first 3 mins of the first quarter...coach said he'll give mei his pair of jordan's if i didn't get foul out...but i picked up my 5th foul in the 3rd quarter...sigh...didn't make it to the playoffs1 w; R0 Z; v% d( |( V% T

*then i started doing baseball/softball (guess you guys are not interested...so i'll skip)0 T- M# f4 q. _( E* I7 c( f

- wrote my first and only musical play in 2001 for a teens conference
- coaching my church softball team and taught HongKong friends to play softball5 r8 a. Y( ~% B$ k/ ~0 A
  (they even like it and come back for more this yr...it's hard....)- C) O; S! N$ o0 {  e
- got the best GF in the world...we've been together for 4.5 yrs...
- thank God for the gr8est family in the world

反手刀四塊扳(成舊木鏄咁)
痛到死...人人都打兩塊...師父要我打四塊' V) R& d7 u+ D9 R) H' g
1st time....couldn't do it
D家長同朋友都睇到目定口呆
2nd time...回氣回咗三分幾鐘...跟住抱住"死就死"心情一嘢"pat"過去
掂咗...全場歡呼...跟住從此收山...手骨crack咗( m9 d( Q, T( p- E3 }6 E3 e! n4 f
乖養咗九個月
不過好番幾個禮拜, 坐friend車, Boom..抄...再乖養咗九個月(back)(腰)$ P. |/ @3 L( v3 G" c, i/ l
好番...then...發現"指公"(right thumb)俾Airbag打傷jor...再乖養咗1 yr...& y7 R8 l( A" | Q
(haha...)then left thumb got injured in a softball injury...so 我係一個冇"指公"的男人# q+ G& p# `0 K' \) P
依家等緊做手術 (期代重出江湖的一日)
