我琴日陸運會跑10x2000m0 I2 b9 O3 g' V. \- C: Q: O
我跑第二棒~我接棒ga時侯係第三位(有六線),,,我飛咁快過左前面個兩個,,係司令台前仲大叫左一聲,,,交棒個時仲甩開最近個個30m左右~~~8 s5 q2 P! e6 o6 T+ j

p.s我一直唔知我跑步咁快 q) v$ n7 h4 ~& D. ~. c
p.s(2)因為10x2000m係新開ga公開項目,,,我F.3同dF.6跑~~

最後我地拎左小組第一,,總成績第3^^

層經同一個一直都唔紅而家仲消失埋既女歌星做過一段時間密友......(都唔算太密......只係傾下電話同食飯.......)

em.. I lead for my church soccer team... 6 e G& B$ y9 {; x1 f$ j
that's the team lose 3 matches per 6 seasons... (of cos.. all of them were friendly) and about 8 or 9 matches per year...
is that ok?!5 l& U E, @# A% h) i
and the biggest win was 15-2.

即係入到開心都應該,不過真係唔算點威,實在太多人做到,太普通..../ {- T k' g2 [% Y$ d1 ?! V: Y* g

was playing in a basketball league.

Last 20-or-so seconds in the second half of a game. My team down by one point, and our offensive play was broken. I caught the ball near the left elbow, faked right and drove left pass my defender. Two shot blockers collapsed towards me. I got to the baseline and shot a fall-away jumper over them. It was a rainbow that caught nothing but net.- J' [* G4 k$ q9 [+ |8 f! z
- ~4 }- @& p0 I4 N5 Z
We won by one. My coach still yelled at me for taking the silly shot. (If I beat one guy and 2 guys are coming at me, there has to be an open teammate.) I was like, "man your play was broken, and i didn't know how much time was left on the clock."

another thing I forget to say last time, I mention in other post before, 5 P2 t. z; r8 c3 a# q
once upon a time, I scored 4 goals in a games....

and 2 of the goals were world class goal, I couldn't believe my eyes when I scored that 2 goals, NO GK in this world could stop that 2 goals......
I was totally shocked....
and couldn't believe my legs.....

(it was the first yr i played basketball as well, i guess they only wanted a guy with sportmanship, not best skills)(haha)

shoot 91% at the freethrow line
100% at the 3pt line (haha, 4 out of 4 for the whole season)9 F2 E) {- N1 G: B* B
averaging 7.3 pts per game
         9.0 rpg9 J( U3 I3 w6 `/ c
         7+ apg& R& L& L) ~; j$ B* }, }
*we lost the most important game...becoz i picked up 3 fouls in the first 3 mins of the first quarter...coach said he'll give mei his pair of jordan's if i didn't get foul out...but i picked up my 5th foul in the 3rd quarter...sigh...didn't make it to the playoffs

*then i started doing baseball/softball (guess you guys are not interested...so i'll skip)0 _9 Z: ]( ]/ v; \% z. W+ J) N

- wrote my first and only musical play in 2001 for a teens conference
- coaching my church softball team and taught HongKong friends to play softball/ ]% Q! @3 d8 B
  (they even like it and come back for more this yr...it's hard....)3 Y4 S( }1 k- B1 n5 H) u+ K' C
- got the best GF in the world...we've been together for 4.5 yrs...
- thank God for the gr8est family in the world
