i believe that can be easily explained by newton first law.1 \4 T; ~% o" P) Z! K
When no net force act on a object, the object will travel with constant velocity.5 d Y u4 Y9 ^) {

Since the water on the earth will be attracted by gravitational force, it will fell on the ground.
- g8 Q# }. l7 l
But in the space, no force is added on the water will u X the ball ,so the water will remain its old velocity(don't move)
